Pros:

Location was great, staff very helpful and friendly. Facilities need work especially the bathroom/tub. Peeling, basically nasty looking. Was clean though.

De acuerdo con la información publicada en su página web, el hotel ofrecía habitaciones completamente equipadas y desayuno incluido. Sin embargo, durante mi estancia me encontré con las siguientes deficiencias:
• La habitación no contaba con artículos básicos como champú.
• La cama no era cómoda y únicamente había dos almohadas, ambas muy pequeñas e inadecuadas para un descanso apropiado.
• Se anunciaba desayuno completo incluido, pero en realidad solo se ofreció una taza de café.
• La habitación no contaba con cafetera ni café, a pesar de que estos servicios se indicaban como disponibles.

Considero que esta situación constituye publicidad engañosa y una falta de cumplimiento de los servicios ofrecidos, lo cual afectó negativamente mi experiencia y comodidad durante la estancia.

Dated rooms and no breakfast

Cons:

Those kitchens and bath vanities need to be upgraded. The breakfast was not like it was shown on the picture, it was not a breakfast, but coffee and some overly sweet granola bars. They did not even have creamer for the coffee.
