Hotel was clean and easy access for mobility scooter

Cons:

Having to ask for amenities that should already be in the room, coffee maker, silverware, dishes! No breakfast service!

Good value, and good people!
Pros:

The room was very clean and spacious, and there was ample parking. The staff were extrememly friendly.

The entrance isn't well marked coming down the highway - a more prominent sign would be helpful.

Cons:

Room was not clean as it should be. Shower was disgusting, bed was questionably cleaned, empty oil bottle under bed, bed-side lamps didnt work, etc.

Never again.
Pros:

The staff was cordial.

Cons:

The room was dirty and smell really bad. The cabinets were patched up poorly, the bathroom door was broken and had a hole in the bottom, the shower was slippery and we both almost fell. There was boxes of trash inside kitchen cabinets. The window had been left opened by the staff to air the room (due to the nasty smell). When the receptionist was approached due to the nasty smell, he said oh I’m sorry and gave us a tiny bottle of air freshener, but the smell was so bad that it stuck to our luggage and bags.
