Worst day ever and I was there for at least two months and I got treated like I was a piece of meat
Pros:

The general manager, Mark Hand he’ll charge you extra to stay there. He’ll rip you off if you stay daily or weekly there this is the worst extended stay in New Jersey.

Cons:

The hallways are barely clean in the hotel. There’s barely any housekeeping, and the staff are very rude.

Smelled bad in the hallway. Hallways weren’t vacuumed. Bed headboard had a stain. Bed side table was broke. No hot breakfast

Will refute charge on credit card. Traveling with daughter who is trying out for Gotham, was told by the front desk person that there would be noise complaints, people smoking by the front entrance and everything smelt like pot. Told her I wanted a credit, and who ever she spoke to on the phone said no. It’s an indigent hotel.

I don’t know how to operate the hotel. You have to close down.

I’m really disappointed by your picture and actually what look like the hotel it’s really really bad. I’ve never stay there and I’m never tell to anybody to stay there. The stuff is horrible. The hotel is horrible. The smell is horrible. I’m not satisfied at all with that property. You have to refund my payment.

Cons:

You have to train your employee at the proper way how to handle the guest even in the room they don’t have iron. They don’t have iron board. They don’t have a trashcan. It’s really ridiculous. We pay A money for that ridiculous room, but everything is wrong. You have to refund my money

Stop breakfast and invest in better cleaning.

Just the bed was comfortable.

Cleaning is probably their weakness.
On my 1st day I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. On my 2nd day I emptied my trash bag and left it in front of the door and it takes 2 days before someone can pick that up like they don't have a cleaning team or employees at all to take care of things like that at least once a day???. But noticing that trash bag in front of my door and other stuff like trash, blankets... also sitting in front of some other doors for days was a deal breaker for me, I can't keep working in that mess every day and breakfast is the poorest one I haven't seen.
Just remove the breakfast option and do more housekeeping. Thank you.

It was a low price, but I will pay more for a nicer place.
Pros:

The location on route 10 is good.

Cons:

Our room smelled like cigarettes. It was really bad. The counters had burns on them. It was as clean as it could’ve with burns. However the cigarette smell was really bad.
