I was not informed that, despite booking online, a $100 deposit would be required during check-in.
The rooms were standard. Housekeeping definitely needs a raise they keep the property clean
The rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. I got there and was told “we’re still waiting on rooms to be available” and when paying the agreed upon price that was given to me while making my reservations a couple of days prior, i was told a $100 deposit was needed in case the rooms were left a mess. When another person questioned they were directed to the hotel policies which are only located in a section of the website that is reachable IF you know about it before hand. Seems like this 100 deposit is pushed upon you as you check in but not when booking. The wifi was horrible and there was no signal for cell reception. Would not recommend and would not go back. Still waiting on my deposit

They owe me a day I left early booking. Com or the hotel didn't refund my money. Hotel refunded deposit they could of gave my day back or complimentary day if I return but no response. I had to change rooms two different men one white one black/blue bmw. Stalking and knocking on people door.
Mark the staff did his job ty. I left a message for the manager to call a female about checking the cameras to see the white male that was lurking around n knocking on door. And the bmw guy stalking she never called back. No breakfast cleanliness 4. Basic operated hotel owned by foreigners trying to gain more off less.
I checked in one room and had no curtains The blinds were broken not clean change to Another one dead roaches in the fridge bathroom nasty tub was dirty entire place needed to be upgraded I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here unless they are homeless and need a place

The staff was rude. And the doors didnt work at all.

I was required to put down a $100.00 deposit for my room stayed here 30 days and after checking out I was not refunded my $100.00 deposit back to my card.
The manager was rude the first few days and threatened to kick me out because I had to change my daughter to give me a few minutes and I'll pay for the room because the employee at the front desk said that was okay and the manager i don't know if that is a transgender or not but i know I was disrespected by the manager.
Don't go here.
The location and the price was very affordable.
I’ve stayed here numerous times. The staff is great and very helpful The facilities are clean and much has been done to update the rooms. No carpet which I firmly believe is an excellent change I’m seeing it hotels.
The room I had this trip Hardee’s in shower. The shower head had no way to attach high enough for me to stand under. And the shower floor didn’t contain the water. I’m not sure this room had been fully renovated to the more updated standard. Everything was clean and up to the same standards as my previous rooms.
It was quiet and clean.
They didn't have a hot breakfast.
