Definitely adequate for my needs.
Pros:

Room was perfect for my personal needs for sleep and light meals.

Cons:

Kinda wish there was no smoking on the property. The folks smoking outside - the smell drifted into the room. Grounds maintenance in terms of trash could be improved. I realize this isn't a super fancy place, but litter-free makes such a great impression.

Place is bad worse than reviews.
Pros:

Nice guys at the office. Understood when I said I couldn't stay here and checked out 15 mins after I checked in.

Cons:

Scary place for a woman traveler alone. Homeless people hanging around in the parking lot.

Short of amenities but the beds are great!
Pros:

The staff have been briliant, very helpful and patient with my doppiness.

Cons:

The place is a little short on amenities. For example, the kitchenette lacks basics like silverware, bowls/plates, etc. and any pots or pans.

Pros:

No comment

Cons:

It's impossible to take a shower in the morning; the water is barely warm.

There wasn't a single frying pan, pot, or anything at all, so you had to be prepared in advance.

And there was a very unpleasant smell in the room for all 5 days I endured.
