Ok
Pros:

All but not handicap or shower. I am in a wheelchair.
Checkout is too early with no time extension allowed.
I’m am then e for medical appointment on Saturday and son returns to room to sleep until check out time. He had to stay in car until I was ready to be picked up at 3:30.

The unexpected misleading stay
Pros:

Latanya was wonderful. I would go back to stay just to see her again. She was attentive made sure we were comfortable and ment all our needs.

Cons:

There is a lot. First there was no supplies in the room dishes, silverware just a note that we didn't see til we were leaving that there may be supplies if requested. The vending machines didn't work. The so call breakfast consisted of coffee and package oatmeal no bowls or spoons to eat it with or to even make the oatmeal in.. there could at least be fruit other pastries paper goods bowls spoons to eat the package oatmeal with. There was one small face soap and one small bar soap to bathe with. Two small pillows on the bed that were so flat it had to be doubled to sleep on. The pictures on the web page don't resemble the actual rooms nor actually tell what kind of breakfast would be served that would be helpful in planning breakfast not just being misled with package oatmeal with no bowls or spoons to prepare or eat it with.

It was horrible…. The room was nasty the staff always said they didn’t have towels and the staff was very unpleasant. The water was warm it never got hot and there was trash outside of the rooms all weekend. I will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ELSE!!!!!!! Just horrible

la ubicacion, me permitia moverme sin problema por houston, cerca de estaciones de bus, pero bastante bien en general

Cons:

tal vez un poco que sentia que habia un aroma constante a cigarro u otras cosas, pero no se si venia de afuera o no se, a pesar que se marcaba que era un ambiente libre de humo, solo eso no me gustaba si era penetrante el aroma

Very bad experience with this extended stay
Pros:

Location is good
Room condition is very very bad - not cleaned at all.. bathroom doors are stuck and need heavy push to close
Breakfast .. didnt see anything other than some bars and coffee

Nothing, they double booked my room living me strabded even when I had confirmed my stay 24hrs prior arrival. AND I was changed for the "stay". Glad i didn't stay there, the place was durty and the entrance and reception area had strong smells of marihuana.

The whole room was dirty it smells like mold the microwave and stove is rusted and dirty the bathroom was nasty hair was all the towels the bathtub water didn't stop running.. it was a burn whole in the bathroom counter top. Just a bad hotel. Not recommended. I checked out as soon as I checked in.

It smelled bad. Smelled like weed smoking all up and down the halls. Very outdated. Rust all over the things in the kitchen. Pieces of the bar was missing. Just all over bad.
