I will not be staying here ever again
Pros:

There was not one thing that I liked about the property.

Cons:

I didn’t like the staff. They were not helpful at all. There was no communication whatsoever and they caused my car to get towed. There was no warning or sign that said they could potentially tow my car. The police also showed up multiple times and there were noise disturbances. Many red flags from this property.

The room was disgusting and dirty, the staff were unhelpful and still are unhelpful with getting a refund. We had no towels in our room, the room smelled like body odor and the floor was extremely sticky.

My check-in was over 40 minutes long after the receptionist went to check on rooms multiple times to see if they were clean or not and then proceeded to take as long as she wanted to check us in again it was over 40 minutes for us to get into our room and we arrived after5pm

Pros:

The staff changed attitude to niceness. Then the supposed manager last day was yelling at me in front of a customer how I just wanted something for nothing

Staff and clean , our room had no lightbulbs we had no light called the desk and was told we had to go get them , the staff communication was terrible , the tiles on the floor was comming up the sheets were dirty with foot prints and stained, the heating unit was burning from what appeared to be wax from a candle in it ,

The sheets were dirty upon check in floor needed to be swept no fitted sheet. My stay was 4 days. And we never received clean sheets even after asking twice
