I didn’t stay there, so I want my money back.
Pros:

The didn’t were able to do the check inn at 1am because the had issues with their system. At that time I had to go to find another hotel nevertheless they charge it in my credit card. I need the refund because I didn’t stay there.

Cons:

The same day my brother had a reserve and the manager, because I couldn’t check me inn, told me “please wait in your brothers room”.

I would stay again for 1-2 nights but not more than that.
Pros:

Evee, the front desk receptionist, was very friendly and informative. The price was great! The room was clean.

Cons:

Poorly readable room number plate when driving around buildings. No available parking close to your room. It felt like a cold motel room with laminated wood flooring and no carpet, medium-firm mattress with linen sheets, standard towels a little rough, so overall not as comfy as I would've liked.

Nothing they r scammers incompetent people, there place smells like mold and dirty u cant even breath inside . Workers r so rude and don’t know anything about their job and liars too !!! I had to cancel my reservation because of the filth there the lady there said it’s done and she even gave me a paper with the cancellation and refund , To find out that she didn’t do anything it’s been 5 days going back and forth between them and booking.com and they r not responding. I called the property I had a man pick up to tell me I don’t know what happened that night it’s like hello !!! U don’t document anything at the property he was super rude and doesn’t know anything he didn’t even try to help and he hung up on me . Don’t go there because they r stealing ur money

Had to leave within minutes of arrival
Pros:

Room had a horrible smell!! Could not stay because of order. Bathtub was filthy and water spicket was stripped. Very disappointed you have this hotel on your site🙁
