Some mold on the tub and bugs on the bed

Seeking full refund. Was black mold in bathroom. Left about 30 minutes after arriving. Had respiratory issues for remainder of night

The hotel is very old and needs alot of work. When I got to my room, the microwave smelled, stains on the walls, and the tub wasn't clean. I asked if anyone could clean it, but was told booking for cleaning was full. I had to put down a towel in the shower, just to us it! There was also a very upset customer that was yelling in the hallway, early in the morning, and banging on the door next to me. Finally, their term "breakfast" is very misleading. The "breakfast" that was provided was oatmeal packs and muffins/nutri gran bars. Needless to say, it was an interesting stay. I would have to think twice if I stay at this facility again.

A woman got stuck in the elevator while I was there . She was able to get out . Fire dept and police showed up

Everything from the actual location. They do not accommodate at all. They only provide 2 carts for the entire building and none were available. I had to sit in the hall and wait 1 hour for a cart! The representative was sweet but lazy and did the bare minimum. She did absolutely nothing to accommodate me in any way. She was like that with everyone. She observed my handicap and still put me on an upper floor knowing no carts was available . I requested the first floor for easier accessibility since there were no carts. She refused. I didn’t complain. I just took the room she gave me. The room was clean but towels and wash cloths were disgustingly dingy. Shower had rust throughout. The bed is on a basic boxspring. The bed was clean. Parking is all the way around the back of the building. Truly it was A handicap nightmare.

Le déjeuné (muffin barre , tendre et gruau en sachet /café et chocolat chaud ) beaucoup trop simple à mon goût.

Et le bruits dans le corridor toute la nuit (je ne dit pas que c’est la faute de l’hôtel mais les gens qui était présent toute les heures de la nuit l’enfer.)

The smell of the place was like old stale cigarette smoke. The room was clean. However, the bathroom was another issue. The tub had peeling paint (we were traveling with a child, who is sensitive to smells) and water was on the floor. We ask to change rooms they did. The smell wasn't good. We decided to check right out. The staff was gracious and handle the situation and refunded my credit card.
