Nobody was on the front desk since 10 pm to 5 am. Guest were upsaid because staff did not attend the calls. It was a mess.

There was nothing that I liked about the property.
Went to check in none of the key cards worked. I was told that they would have to use a screwdriver. Pop the door open and anything lost stolen or damage would not be on them. It would be on me. So I canceled my booking with them. Will not be back.

The convince and the area was not so bad
The management... it was being ran by a 19yr old, there was no staff on-site at night so if you got locked out of your room you were unable to get in until after 9am the next morning... the girls that is running the establishment are hooking up with guest for what seems to be money or favors. There were some professional employees there one lady I felt should be running it she was older and seems like she had more experience then the younger girl. They are very unprofessional also it is not an extended stay, so it should be changed and they are overly price for the condition of the room... I give it a 2 star rating on my end.

It was disgusting, no loo roll no clean towels dirty towels hanging from curtain rail, TV missing, room door didn't lock, paper stuffed in broken peep hole in door. Sink floor bath all dirty. If you don't remove this hotel from your site I won't be using you anymore, I would like my money back ! We left the hotel at 4am as we were very uncomfortable with the door not locking and couldn't sleep.
