The location was not bad, and the receptionist was very kind and professional.
The entire hotel smelled like rotten food or fish. Including the hallways that led up into the room. And there were piles of trash 4-5 feet high outside that should have been in the dumpster, but no dumpster was nearby. We found rotten onions and garlic in a drawer in our hotel room that had little brown roaches crawling all over it.
Room was ok.
They need better communication with Booking.com or something. I paid online and when I got to the property I was told they don't accept online payments and charged me a couple dollars more at the property. I was then told the online charge would not go through, well both charges did go through and now I have to jump through hoops to get my refund.
Location.
If you staying 5 days or more they should knock and change your towels daily. You shouldn't have to go to the front desk to change out towels daily.
Rooms are very nice and clean. I love it here the guests and friendly and the staff. The best hands down! Wouldn’t wanna be anywhere but here.
One of the best hotel visits I’ve ever had. The front desk attendants were always very helpful. Rooms clean and given very well privacy. The location is a perfect spot being close to almost everything in the city. And great value for your wallet

The rooms where very clean and the front desk helped me with everything I needed and my pet was allowed to stay with me and the maintenance man was very friendly and everybody there made me feel at home
Yes I checked in on the 5th of February and I must say that I'm very thankful that extended stay was there for me when I needed them. My stay was absolutely 100% comfortable. NO discomfort at all. It was very quiet. Free breakfast in the morning and a laundry room. The guest services and housekeeping were on point! They couldn't have done a better job. Mya the hotel manager was exceptional! I'll be looking forward to my next stay here.
