Amazing and relaxing
Pros:

I've never been stressed while staying here I'm left alone and at peace while in my room, the staff are always available and friendly and I never have to worry about the price spiking or rising at all. It's a really good hotel. I love it here.

Mr. Norman Powell, an appreciated guest
Pros:

Mya was exceptional! When I walked in, I was greeted with kindness & the utmost respect. The room was clean & I enjoyed a great night's sleep. Mr. Williams, I think the maintenance person, did not hesitate to help me when my vam got stuck in the parking space due to the snow. Please thank him as well! !

Checked out after a few hours of being here. Never again.
Pros:

The size of the room (no. 150) was decent, it had 2 double beds.

Cons:

The whole hotel needed to be refurbished including the staff.
There's clearly a drug abuse problem with staying guests
Infested with cockrouches / bugs
Everywhere from furniture, walls, kitchen and bathroom facilities are old, dirty, dented, stained, chipped, broken.
The cleaning standards are non existent and for the general manger also only staff member on site to my knowledge, to argue the rooms are clean and that she's got the OK from " corporate" also went on to tell me that the bugs in the room just means the room hasn't been sprayed, I'm not entirely sure what that means and perhaps from my accent she knew I wasn't from the area so tried to make out it's common. Cockrouches are not common and should be treated. I do not wish for my 2 minor children and I to become sick after staying at this facility they claim to be a hotel.

MYA AND HER TEAM I WOULD PUT THEM UP AGAINST ANY HOTEL THEY ARE ABOUT BUSINESS THERE AND TREAT EVERYONE LIKE FAMILY YOU MORE THAN A GUEST AT EXTENDED STAY THEY MAKE U FEEL WELCOME AND THE HOUSEKEEPERS GETS A 8Star FROM ME THEM LADIES DONT PLAY EVERY ROOM LOOKS BRAND NEW WHEN THEIR FINISH I LOVE IT HERE AND WISH THIS HOTEL THE BEST!!!

Could have been better but it served it's purpose.

So when we stayed there the bath tubs weren't clean, roaches where out with lights out, room stank, breakfast was not much a chocolate muffin, oat meal or strawberry nutibar, coffee, hot chocolate. Bedding wasn't that clean, noise was crazy, area isn't too bad but run down.
