NEVER COMING BACK!!

Check in was at 3pm, nothing in my room was ready until I had to get my own bedding sheets for bed and sofa bed, cover for pillow and towels. The towel was ripped and the other one had hair all over and dirty. Had to force the lady to get me all this stuff until 7:30 pm saying that I was lucky to even get some like if I was not even paying for it already. I had to carry all this stuff from the main office to my room with a severe back pain from my soccer game, I just wanted to rest and nothing was ready, I couldn't even shower before my last game at 8 pm. I was disgusted with towels anyway and didn't use them of course I had to dry myself with my own clothes. Pillows were ripped and dirty I was afraid to even use them. No shower curtains were given. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED TO STAY AT THIS PLACE.

Bare bones place that could be so much better if it had a coffee maker.
Pros:

It was close to Banner Desert Hospital, which is why we were in the area. Free Parking right outside the door was great and proximity to a restaurant across the parking lot. Beds were comfy and heat/AC worked well. Enough space and chairs.

Cons:

There is NO coffeemaker in the place, nor one to rent in their kitchen package., even a basic motel gives you coffee~! This is a bare bones place. There was not enough hot water for two showers and that was even after a day of no hot water due to a n emergency repair.

People fighting in adjacent rooms on 2 different occasions.
Police constantly driving through parking lot with lights out because they sell drugs in parking lot.
Shower sucked.
Everything in room felt dirty.

Stay away from this place.
