Pros:

Our room had bugs, the bathroom had not been cleaned and still had dirty towels from the previous stay. The front desk offered to move us to the last available room but we didn’t want to haul all three kids and our stuff to another room in the middle of the night. We ended up leaving immediately.

Friendly and attentive staff. Good ample parking. check in and check out process was very easy.

Cons:

Bathroom was no clean with mold in shower grout. Shower pole was coming out of the wall. Light switch did not work, and all lamps were unplugged - had to walk around the room in the dark to turn on the light. There were no utensils or plates in the room - they are only available upon request.

Buena habitación y limpia. Bastantes toallas entonces es algo positivo.

Cons:

El personal del lobby me resolvió un problema con la reservación pero al inicio de hablaron de una muy mala manera, deberían mejorar en ese tema.
