about what i expected. ok for the price i guess.

AC worked. plenty of hot water. laundry facility.

Cons:

many small winged insects that came in from a small space under the door. TV channels affected by storm. bed a bit lumpy. when shower turned on, most of water still diverted through spigot.

Staff cheerful on checkin. Lucky with parking space near room.

Cons:

Despite requesting room away from noise on account of sensitivities, room was right next to high way and fridge in room was super noisy. Showerhead was half broken with water not going up to it. Breezways and balconies stank of smoke with people smoking a couple of feet from the building instead of posted 100+ feet. Kitchen in room was stripped of every implement, not a fork or toaster, and the advertised cooking and dining items weren’t available at the front desk. Apparently, you must reserve them weeks in advance. Rooms not light tight and walkway lights on and shining into room all night. And when I tried to suggest they advertise regarding needing to reserve a coffee pot let alone a plate and spoon they got shouty with ne in the morning like being loud made it better so I walked away as I wasn’t going to spend my time helping them with their broken business when I was late for my next appointment. I had to spend an extra $25 on food unexpectedly which completely negated the savings on the accommodation. Took my uncooked pasta fixings home and bought coffee elsewhere since I missed the narrow breakfast hours coffee pot as well. All round super disappointing and sad as I am a regular for tennis tournaments at the Genesis next door and was looking for a repeat place to stay. Finally, bed mattress so poor I woke up with a back ache that is still resolving.

Disappointing stay, luckily one for one night.
Pros:

Good location, good sized bathroom.

Cons:

It’s just a motel. No breakfast, just snacks to go. No coffee machine in room.
Trash piled up in outside trash cans. Internet was cut off 9:20 am on checkout day.

The kitchenette. The flooring was LVP and not dirty carpet.

Cons:

The shower drain was clogged, so we had to stand in our own dirty water. And the floors were not cleaned.
