No ice machine, everything in the room was old, tub showed rust, drywall in bathroom was pulling away from wall, and mold in bathroom shower wall

There was no toilet paper, no shampoo or conditioner, no extra blankets or pillows for the person sleeping on the sofa bed

When we arrived the lobby was closed and were told they could no longer accommodate our reservation so we never stayed there total bummer

The outside sidewalks and stairs were filthy. It looks like a $29.00 room on the wrong side of the tracks. Absolutely disgusting. Get a power washing company in there and get it cleaned up.
I cant rate this property. I booked the property after 11pm as we were not expecting to stay in San Diego. The booking was confirmed but when we got to the property, we were told that they could not see the reservation. I then asked if they had any room availability but the front desk agent just repeated that he could not see the reservation. I called the 800 number to cancel and was told that I would need to cancel through Booking.com. So we ended up leaving and stayed at another hotel just a few blocks away.
The location was just about the only good thing about this hotel
Upon arrival around 1pm there was no one attending the front desk. There was another upset guest there who had also been waiting for an extended period of time. We waited almost 30 minutes before a woman finally appeared from the back to help us. Our room was musty and had stains all over the carpet and floor. The kitchenette was dirty and dusty and the beds only had 2 flat pillows on them. When asking for more bedding towels and pillows we were told there were none available. I wrote another review and only after I assume someone was contacted about the review did they call to ask if they could do anything to make it better and magically found more pillows and towels for us. The other guests were extremely loud at all hours with children and animals running around in the rooms around us pounding on walls.
Wish there was an elevator
Not much.
The room was dirty, needed a deep cleaning. Cobwebs in the corners of the room. Floor was dingy. Never found anyone at the front desk to check out. Asked for additional kitchen items that never came.
Worst stay.
Unclean. Bed had a dent. Would t change room said they were booked completely.
Staff not even there to check in.
