Grocery stores banks restaurants gas stations walking distance.
Pros:

I like the price it’s a decent place if your in a pickle the rooms are clean but dated and cracks in I don’t know how many some of the flooring it’s not perfect but it’s clean and comfortable it’s a old building but it adds character the kitchen is a big help the apartment size fridge is so helpful the pots pans per request washer and dryer on site with decent quarter vending prices.

Great location with amazing staff, the room left a lot to be desired. Mostly it just didn’t feel clean

Avoid if you are a light sleeper.
Pros:

Nice kitchenette. Modern furnishings.

Cons:

No trailer parking. This is an extended stay type of property and there was parking lot noise much of the night with poor insulation to block the sound.

Clean and affordable
Pros:

I liked the when I walked into the room, despite obvious signs of being an older building, it smelled clean. You could smell the cleaning products.

Cons:

I was traveling alone with my daughter, and reception asked in front of other customers who was all with me. Maybe there could be a more tactical approach in the future.

Pros:

The location the set up on the rooms was great the cleaning crew was nice friendly and checked daily if needed anything soap garbage bags liners mop sweep towels etc

Cons:

*WIFI teeters between 1 bar to none so if you plan on getting any work done on BRING YOUR OWN wifi.* Tv is Satellite direct with 40ish channels it had weather and news channels ESPN Cartoon Networks for the kids and movie channels cooking- games-true crime - PBS and discovery channels.the Tv set up was fine.

Deposit scammers ,possible bugs ,water leaks in. Bathroom and refrigerator.

The part where we paid 70 bucks for a pet deposit which I didn't plan to get back .but they charged us 50 for key deposit and I returned keys .When I asked for key deposit they said it was kept for property damage .which my wife was a maid .we never kept in between sheets and she is a clean freak we left the place immaculant.they are taking key deposit as part of per deposits scam.total
