Dirty and smelly.
Cons:

Debris, dirt, old food and animal remains under the beds. Thin walls and noisy. The room smelled of sewage. Carpet reeked and was very unclean. We left and cut our reservation short.

Consistency
Pros:

Rooms are quaint and quiet, easily walkable to ammenties and transportation, and when on the road easy access to major highways and byways. Extended Stay America San Carlos have great rates especially in longer applications and are military friendly. If there's one word I can use to describe staff here front of house to back of the house it would be consistency. Well done everyone!

Creepy crawly experience-never again!!!!!!

The bed wqs comfortable

Cons:

The floor was sticky through the whole place, when I wokr, there were tiny spiders crawling across yhe bed and a large one on the table next to the tv. I will never stay here again and DO NOT recommend anyone to stay here. Plus the staff was cold and seemed like they did not want to be there.

La Recepcionista me ofreció que podia acortar mi estadía sin recargo ($0). Cuando hice check out el día 5 por problemas personales, mi hicieron un recargo de $130 que aun no logro me devuelvan y honren su palabra .....

Amazing Customer Service.
Pros:

What really stood out about this hotel was the incredible staff. Every team member we encountered was welcoming, professional, and eager to help. Their positive attitude and attention to detail made us feel truly valued as guests. We can’t thank them enough for such a wonderful stay.

Dirty, smoky and wouldn’t reimburse after we checked out 3 hours after checking in!

Good location.

Cons:

It was very dirty. There was urine beneath the toilet seat and dust dirt and hair dried up on the floor in the bathroom. One of the bedspreads had a big dirt stain on top. It was a no smoking facility but we smelled smoke off and on, coming in to the room. We checked out after 3 hours and drove 3 hours home. They wouldn’t reimburse us because we booked through Booking.com. Booking.com gave us back 10% because the hotel wouldn’t reimburse them.

Left and went to another hotel.
Pros:

Not happy with breakfast very loud location

Cons:

What could have been better? Heater did not work. It was very cold. No dishes in kitchen no coffee maker in room bed was very uncomfortable.

Adequate if you just need a place to stay
Pros:

Convenience, mostly clean, front desk staff,walking distance from restaurants.

Cons:

No housekeeping came by the entire week I was there, no gym, pool ,or even breakfast. Amenities definitely are lacking at this location.
