It had its time

No bedding or linens were provided in the room, we had to beg for it despite the fact that we have booked for three adults. We never experienced this with booking.com. Toilet door doesn’t close properly. We were planning to stay for three times during our us trip but we decided to cancel the last reservation as it did t meet our expectations.

We ran into multiple issues during our stay:

Missing essentials: Booked for 3 people, but no linens or bedding were provided for the sofa bed. There was also no mattress topper on the main bed.

Disappointing "Breakfast": Advertised as breakfast included, but it was only coffee, muffins, and cereal bars.

Empty kitchen: No kitchen equipment was provided in the room; we had to actively ask reception to dispense it.

Poor service & maintenance: The reception desk was frequently empty with nobody there. Additionally, our bathroom door wouldn't close properly.

No luggage storage: They do not offer luggage storage, which was a huge hassle as we were traveling for a few days and coming back.

It said on the website that the extended stay was for 6 people. This is why I booked it but it was a lie. It was only good for two people Sofa bed for broken. My daughter had to get a separate to stay and paid out of pocket.

I recently wrapped up an extended stay here, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. While the accommodations themselves were great, the absolute best part of this property is the incredible staff.

From day one, the entire team went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. They are consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive to guests' needs. Living anywhere long-term can feel a bit uprooting, but their warm hospitality and quick responsiveness truly made it feel like a home away from home.

If you are looking for a place for an extended stay where you will actually be taken care of, I highly recommend booking here. A huge thank you to the management and front desk teams for making my stay so pleasant!

Unfortunately deteriorated.
Pros:

My third time staying here found that it has gone downhill. They switched out carpeting for laminate flooring, but the floors were super sticky, and it was difficult to get someone to fix that. Even when they did send someone, and I tipped her in advance, the job was incomplete, such that when I walked around the room, I still ran into sticky places which then stuck to the bottoms of my shoes and got tracked around the room again. In addition, the toilet was faulty--you had to hold down the handle in order for it to complete the flush. The room seemed bare bones--no doors on the closet, no full length mirror, and you have to ask for everything if you want to use the kitchen. Grab and go breakfast is bare bones. For the money, I expect more than what this property offers. On the positive side, it's pet friendly, there were no bugs, and they've been available during power outages or other home emergencies. Still, I think I'd pay more and go somewhere else next time, if at all possible. Sorry.

Honestly I did not like this place at all , there was no shampoo, no coffee maker,, the shower very low Water Flow, the bed wasn't comfy, the breakfast nothing was like the website said and not worth the price

Dirty and smelly.
Cons:

Debris, dirt, old food and animal remains under the beds. Thin walls and noisy. The room smelled of sewage. Carpet reeked and was very unclean. We left and cut our reservation short.

Pros:

Rooms are quaint and quiet, easily walkable to ammenties and transportation, and when on the road easy access to major highways and byways. Extended Stay America San Carlos have great rates especially in longer applications and are military friendly. If there's one word I can use to describe staff here front of house to back of the house it would be consistency. Well done everyone!

Creepy crawly experience-never again!!!!!!

The bed wqs comfortable

Cons:

The floor was sticky through the whole place, when I wokr, there were tiny spiders crawling across yhe bed and a large one on the table next to the tv. I will never stay here again and DO NOT recommend anyone to stay here. Plus the staff was cold and seemed like they did not want to be there.
