Extended Stay America Suites Washington DC Falls Church

This place is convenient but the property is a bit old and is due for renovation

The location was great. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet.

The staff respinded quickly to a few problems, i.e. TV signal, difficulty opening the door and the room number sequence. No signs directing you to the rooms, so a bit difficult.

Check-in and check-out were easy and fast. area was quiet and felt overall pretty safe. Nice for an overnight passing stay.

We needed something quick because coming in for a sweet baby in NICU nearby. This hotel was easy to book and so close. Our first two nights we took whatever we could get and the room was just that. Smelled musty and like old pizza. The paint in the bathroom looked like someone did it blindfolded.


We checked out unsure if we were leaving. Ended up checking back in and WHAT A DIFFERENCE. We were on the second floor and our room was clean and fresh and everything we needed. Don’t settle for the first room if it isn’t what you need!

We were so grateful for this port in the storm and kind staff. The cost and location were ideal for what we needed.

It had mice and roaches

This property was BY FAR, the most disgusting motel I’ve ever encountered. Our room was filthy, stunk like smoke and cat pee, and had bugs crawling on the walls. Also had other shady unknown “guests” smoking marijuana and hanging out in the common areas outside. Needless to say we quickly checked out of this dump!! I would never send ANYONE to this property. Marriott should be ASHAMED to call this property theirs!!!!

Staff were great

I got more than i was expecting. Nice little room with rv size refrigerator , 2 burner stove , a little eating área.

Hotel has deteriorated substantially. Stained towels and linens. Roaches and other bugs. Carpet was filthy. People yelling outside in the middle of the night and you can hear people above you and beside you as clear as if they were in the room with you.

The room had a horrible odor.

Easy to get to, lots of parking. I arrived a few minutes after 11:00pm and the lobby doors were locked. There was a phone to use to call for check in but no one answered. After about 10 minutes someone finally came to check me in

There is no elevators or hallways to get to your room all the rooms are motel type which you have to find and walk to its 2 floors with staircases. Some minor stains and wear and tear but for the price its solid. People smoking outside can cause the smell to come into your room a little bit which can be annoying but ignorable. The hotel shouldnt allow smoking on the outside of the 2nd floor.

It was one of the worst places I’ve ever been to! Rest assure I will NEVER go again.
The room smelt like ashtray, there were cognates all over the parking lot and stairways, the bed felt like a futon, just not a good experience at all, left in the middle of the night!
