Terrible place.
Pros:

The room was awful, it smelled so bad, we hadn to keep the door open, everything was worn and outdated. The bed was a rollaway bed with a queen mattress. Worst place I ever stated at.

Cons:

You can't, price is good. You may what you get for.

Good place for a night, strict check out
Pros:

Staff is nice, rooms are good with ample space and even a little kitchen area. Very calm location.

Cons:

No elevator to upper floor (or I didn't find it), stingy with late check out (only 30 minutes more time), on the upper side of pricing for the value received

The place is not for me.
Pros:

I liked the location and accessibility from the parking to the room. Room is large enough for 2.

Cons:

Bathroom was not very clean, hesitated to take a bath. Clark was not available at the office when I needed. I phoned the front and asked for coffee maker and cups but never sent us. In the morning, pots of water and coffee were cold. They served instant oatmeal only. Can they indicate breakfast included?

I will be asking for a full refund as the place was filthy very misrepresented. Will be sending pictures of the place.

Cons:

The place was absolutely filthy. Garbage all over the grounds and underneath the stairs going up to the room. Front desk was dirty have visible mouse traps at the door inside. Mattress was nasty, smoke. Alarm was not hooked up, smashed bugs on the wall, looks like blood stains on the comforter, curtain rod was hanging, and ceiling was hanging as well above the curtain rod. The whole experience was absolutely horrid.
