it was horrible never got to stay that night came from out of town thinking i had a place to stay

I don't know if the place isn't just a hotel, because some "guests" looked like gang members or homeless people who even stank of urine.
It really made the place feel unsafe and uncomfortable to go outside the room.

I only stayed three days

Didn't like paying over $100 a day for the following.
I checked in after 6pm. The 1st room was not ready when I arrived. It looked like either the room cleaner used the room for whatever or someone was still renting the room. 1st thing when I opened the door was bed not made. 2nd thing was there were two used towels on the bathroom floor. Tub was not clean.
My 2nd room wasn't much better. Bathtub had a lot of mold in the caulking. Room didn't have trash can. Room phone not working.
Be REAL CAREFUL parking your car. Parking spaces so tight all SUV's and larger vehicles will either hit or dent your car door or you will do the same exiting your car.
Check out morning. Complimentary breakfast ran out of coffee cups the day before and were never replaced. No coffee for the guests. And one last thing...
Even though I had no problems or issues so I am not complaining. I was a little concerned with the almost homeless people living there.

I didn’t stay because of there visitor policy
Cons:

Any guest you have visit has to go to the office and show the staff their ID in order to just visit not even stay the night. That is an invasion privacy. So I don’t recommend this property. The staff is rude and it was not very clean. Definitely needs a face lift there. It’s old and out dated.

My experience was awful, I had no idea that an additional fee is required until the booking was fininalized
Pros:

When I booked my reservation on booking.com. I did not see anywhere there was an additional fees required until I finalized the booking then popped up saying I need to pay a $60 dollars security deposit. I did not have the money nor did I have a way of getting it. It took me 3 days to get this by working dasher. I am unhoused and don’t feel like I should be taken advantage of.

Cons:

I never stayed at the property , I did not have the $60 dollars security deposit that the motel was requesting and I reached out to them telling them that I did not have the money & could not come up with the money.
The moment I booked I get an email stating that an additional $60 is needed. Now my account is in the negative and any money I make is to pay off the negative balance.
