Dirty, derelict and disappointing
Pros:

We arrived expecting a basic, but clean and well appointed, room with a full bed and pull-out couch. What we found was a building generally dilapidated and actively under repair—but our room was in the pre-repair state. Dirty carpets, lights that didn’t work, moldy smell.
The 2nd bed wasn’t made and I was given sheets to make it up but no pillow.
The Website stated there was a workout room; there was not. And there was hair in the tub. Obviously cleanliness and completeness was in a state of disrepair as well.

The whole experience was so far from what was advertised and expected that we will not stay in an Extended Stay again.

This was the worst smelling hotel room I have ever stayed in and I am a former airline employee.
Pros:

It was close to a lot of things.

Cons:

My room smelled terrible! I worked for the airlines and flew over 600 flights a year for over 15 years and this was the worst smelling room I have ever stayed in. The smell even lingered on my clothes even after I left!

Smell so bad

When I arrived I spent 20 min or more in the counter because they requested room payment when I made the payment through booking. Com. Honestly after that I won’t use the app anymore . The receptionist said you need to pay and showed your receipt
