Would not recommend this hotel to anyone,
Pros:

The staff was friendly. The location was good

Cons:

There was no items for the kitchen.
There was no bath mat or slip guard in the shower.
The beds only had one mattress and only a very light weight blanket.

Pros:

Staff were helpful.

Cons:

The front desk was not always staffed. She was doing laundry and was gone for around 10 minutes. There was a missing light bulb. The ironing board pad was shredded.

Met my needs
Pros:

Close to my work, nice area
I felt comfortable and staff was really friendly. Plus the Continental breakfast was nice too

Cons:

My sample shampoo was half empty,hand towels were stained yellow, but seemed clean, pillows were ok but not as comfortable as what I'm use to in other places. but other than that, I'm actually planning on staying again. I'm still very happy with my stay here.

The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive.

Cons:

The room smelled like stale bleach. The pans provided were so scratched and peeling, I could not use them to cook. The dishes were dirty. I had to wash them before I used them.

The location and the genuine customer service is more than I've ever expected. Highly recommended.
Pros:

I've stayed here for almost 2 years for a reason Currently under new management. I've seen some familiar individuals let go. But as an experienced client I can honestly say that this is one of, if not, the best location to stay at in the Cleveland area.
You have So many stores to choose from. Immediate access to 480 and even the Metro parks.
The Staff is, in my experience, exceptional. Particularly... Steve, the manager. Ryan the overnight front desk attendant (i work nights) and the best housekeeper ever Angie.
Great Location, Awesome folks.
