Terrible experience
Pros:

Had a hard time checking in. My room wasn’t expected until I got there. Paid for my room before I arrived and employee still had me wait over a hour and a half gave me such a hard time and I ended up paying for the room and leaving

A propriedade a pesar de ter cozinha não disponibilizava itens de cozinha. Pedi uma toalha extra, pois só havia duas no quarto e éramos três pessoas, e ao me darem a toalha extra disseram que as próximas seriam pagas.

Unexpectedly bad
Pros:

Room was dirty and outdated. We got nonsmoking room but it was full of smoke smell. Room, appliances, furniture were all outdated. We don’t even spend 30 mins in the room and left.

Need to drop the price

Staff is great

Cons:

You have to pay for pots and pans cops were there 4 out of my 6 nights there. You have to take your own trash out which I’ve never heard of in a hotel. There was only one set of towels in my room. They say quiet hours after 10 this is not true there was noise all night. Besides that everything was ok

It was not a good experience I would not recommend!
Pros:

I didn’t like anything!!

Cons:

Literally everything. The staff was talking about each other. The whole hotel was dark and had a bad smell. They had towels on the floor as soon as I walked in the hotel lobby. It was a hole in the carpet in my room. I didn’t feel like I wanted to sleep there but had no choice. 0/10

Practically the worst hotel I’ve ever been to due to not having the amenities that most
Pros:

The only thing I liked about the property was the location it was in Naperville so I expected top experience

Cons:

I have never been to a facility that has bars over the front desk does not offer ice or you cannot get an extra set of face towels. I was not able to take a shower due to that and also there was no soap in the bathroom or shampoo.

I HATED IT
Pros:

I hated this hotel. The rooms were dingy and dirty. The carpet was torn in our room. Everything and everywhere smelled like cigarettes. The ladies in the front were gossiping about Takisha. I wouldn’t stay again!!

Not well for 139$ at a holiday inn
Pros:

Phone in room didn’t work to call front desk.
No ice machine.
Shower head was not functioning
Outside door by room at the far end was broken.
No garbage can in room and no coffee maker or cups
I can say I have never stayed at a holiday inn and not had these items or functioning

Pros:

Extended Stay East is always my go to location to temporarily reside for weeks at a time. I have found this hotel location to be clean, quiet, well kept & hospitable, ALWAYS. Brittany at the front desk is so friendly and professional to me and to every customer i see here. She greets everyone with a welcome hello as they enter the building even when she is multitasking checking people in.
The staff is patient, kind and guest satisfaction is top priority.
I like the atmosphere here, that's why I feel safe coming back. Everything works and no bugs ever in my rooms 👍

Ok for overnight wouldn't want to stay long

Location was good. Area had a lot of food choices

Cons:

No coffee maker or glasses. Lots of cupboards nothing in them. One set of towels no hand towels. No shampoo, conditioner, or tissues.
