It was clean..

Cons:

There was never any staff at the front desk during the entire stay. There were very few cameras. The staff wasmt particularly helpful. There was a domestic dispute right across from us at 3am and no one came up or called the authorities. They didnt have our room equfor what we needed for the pull out bed. I tried to call for replacements. But like I said no one was at the front desk. Had to go down and get it. They didnt have it there either. They finally brought it up to us 45mins later .

Very basic. Felt like an apartment building rather than a hotel.
Pros:

Very quiet. Clean. Staff very polite.

Cons:

Nothing in the room. Had to request glasses, plates, utensils. Very strange being in a suite with kitchen and nothing in it.

Norwalk ESA is Excellent
Pros:

I have stayed for multiple months at ESA Norwalk hotel. This hotel is conveniently located for all needs plus privately comes with long driveway off the pubic road on a large property. It has recently been totally refurbished and newly decorated in both public spaces and all the hotel rooms.
The excellent manager and friendly experienced staff are very professional good people so my stay has been very good. The guests are attractive, friendly so a pleasant environment. ESA offers guests a very positive actually excellent experience at a reasonable expense. So highly recommend to all potential guests as a short stay or longer hotel opportunity.
