Pros:

Pros:

Staff was friendly at check in. The room was nice and cold on arrival!

Cons:

The room had left over damp towels in the bathroom on arrival. The sheets/pillows smelled like mild dew. It had a sour scent to it. The place needs a thorough cleaning. The elevators need to be swept and mopped.

Terrible! Never again will I spend a dime at this particular location!

Cons:

I had to change rooms 3 times, dirty, cabinets were falling apart. 3rd room offered was dirty. Had to clean it, hole I. The bathroom door as if someone was trying to break in it. Fridge and microwave hadn’t been cleaned out drawers and inside cabinets were dirty. Tables dirty. No housekeeping done except bed was made. Front desk personnel not helpful never received clean sheets for my 4 day stay asked for iron never got it. Tv remote did not work!

I needed a run for additional 2 days and chose to book further away from home the quality of the roo
Pros:

The room was not up to my standards the shower rack was broke water was going into the floor also the shower fed was loose

Nasty,Disgusting, and poorly managed

I liked the price and free parking. THATS IT!

The first room the lady at the front desk (Suzanne) gave me was extremely hot, the AC didn’t work, and it was a puddle of water all over the bathroom floor like there was a leak. I went down to tell her and asked for another room which she gave me right away. The second room I walked in looked and smelled like it hasn’t been cleaned for months. It was food(old/fresh) all over the counter top, clothes all over the floor, and just SMELLED completely DISGUSTING!! I went back downstairs to request a refund and Suzanne was sitting in the lobby playing Uno!! She gave me a refund and told me well the room was marked cleaned, which was very unsettling! If the room was marked cleaned how are people getting in and out. The bread on the counter was fresh. The clothes on the floor looked like someone was taking there pants off and just leaving them. Luckily no one was in the room at the time! Elevators were running extremely slow! Just overall not a good visit this time! This was room 219
