This place looks like a drug dealer haven. What a dump.
Pros:

Nothing goof

Cons:

Place was dirty and smelled. Room was even worse. Paint peeling on the bathroom door. Bug on the bed in the sheets. Heavy smoke smell.

Pros:

Authorized late check in. Desk closed on arrival. Didn't receive warning of this policy. Had to call a friend and stay at their house instead. Instructions to call maintenance staff not prominent and didn't see.

The location

Cons:

My room is bathroom light did not work. They told me they were gonna come fix. It never did. I ended up having to take a shower in the dark. The lady at the front desk told me that if I left for about 30 minutes to go to the store that she was gonna charge me a pet fee for my service animal when ADA Rosa a regulation state that I am allowed to have full discretion on if I want to have my service handle with me at all times or not.

Bed bugs come out at night
Pros:

The. Beds was infested with bed bugs they ate my son ear arms and hands up during the night im requesting a full refund and I would like to be contacted by the manger

Cons:

There was no staff there during the night to talk with to be moved to another room i would like my money back this was a horrible experience

Cons:

The poor guy was running everything. The room we were given first that he was told was clean had no sheets or comforter on beds no towels either. Units looked run down but manager was trying. Room needed lot attention. Tub needs reglazed. Cabinet doors looked like from 80s. Pillows flat. Alarm clock has annoying buzzing sound we unplugged it.
