Although we reserved three 2-queen bed rooms for 12 people, we have to stay in a1 king room.
Room was dirty, air conditioning leaked all over the floor. Complimentary breakfast was a joke.
Room was clean.
The bed was hard as a rock. No hot breakfast. No hair dryer in room. And stove was dirty. Will not go
back.
Loved the two bathrooms. What a pleasant surprise!
I asked for a wake up call on night one and they forgot to log in my call and I did not get a wake up call.
It served the purpose for us.

A number of things in the room Did not work or they were incomplete. The tub faucet leaked the entire time we were there.
Normally don't have a problem here but this time the room was filthy, my feet turned black walking on the floor, there was hair on the shower curtain, no internet in the room and when we inquired we were told we could call their wifi people, and the ac/heater was so loud we could hardly hear the TV when it kicked on and when we turned the TV up to hear it we were afraid it would disturb the neighbors, overall not a great stay and will probably choose a new place to stay next year
This property is in a good area and it was very convenient for my purpose to be in town.
The room was clean. The layout picture for the room wasn't accurate. No sofa, and no separate room for the kitchenette. The cooking articles weren't available as advertised. No coffeemaker or toaster available as advertised. The TV was internet based, but our wifi was so poor that the TV paused and glitched every few seconds. Several plumbing fixtures were broken.
We will not be staying with this company ever again.
Conveniently located to Convention Center. Used the coffee bar in the morning, liked that it included hot water and tea bags. Could not get the TV to turn on or change channels with the remote-needs new batteries? Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

The room was clean and very comfortable
There was rust in the bathtube. There was rust on the microwave. I am glad I brought my own sheets because theirs had bleach stains and looked dirty.
Clean room hotel needs updates. When overbooking please call guest to let them know the room they requested wont be available.
