Extended Stay America Perimeter is really a good hotel to stay in whether it's over night or over weeks. Prices are affordable and bookings are easy.

Cons:

I was denied a room that was booked and confirmed by a female representative that charged my cards several times and lied on my refund. I was told by Extended Stay America Perimeter that I would be refunded, but then refused my refund. After waiting over a month and various phone calls I get an email saying my refund is denied!

Pros:

I want to say that it has been a honor everyday to know there are ones who care !! I take care of my elderly mother !! And they have been a help it’s not easy but I know God Sent me here for a reason!!

Cons:

The property is like a family and the safety is what each staff provides!! I am so grateful to have been brought here!! All managers need a promotion!! In Jesus name !!
