Booking.com charged by card 80 something dollars and then I went into the office to give them my reservation and the front desk charge my card again so I got two charges I got one for 60 something dollars then I have one for $80

Good location and price but uncomfortable stay.
Pros:

The location was great. Near shopping and eateries.

Cons:

The room smelled like cigarettes. The carpet was filthy. Certain staff were helpful while others were not. You had to pay $1.50 to get clean towels. The balconies leading to the room could be cleaned more often. Just overall a very uncomfortable experience.

Horrible. I’m not sure how it has the reviews it has!
Pros:

Not much at all

Cons:

The first room I was given. The bed was not made, the drawers were all pulled out, and there was pizza boxes in the trash can. Almost like there was someone staying in that room. Then the next room I got. The smoke alarm wouldn’t stop beeping, so I took it down and pulled the battery out. And the bathroom sink would not drain!

Great Value for your money
Pros:

The hotel is located in a very convenient location, walking distance to the train station, the mall, the hotel is located next to a decent shopping plaza so if need to grab some groceries, some bites or a great cup of coffee you are covered. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, courteous, respectful and prompt

The check in attendant was excellent and I enjoyed the peaceful stay.
Pros:

There was no breakfast at this location. The attendant related that ahead of time.

Cons:

The Publix next door had an event that was rather loud but otherwise everything was okay.
