Completely unsanitary! Floors hadn’t been cleaned in what looked like months, the bottoms of my feet were completely black. The tub had chips and stains, and sheets had yellow spotting.

Pros:

I liked I was able to pay when I got to the hotel.

Cons:

I didn't like that there was blunts and ash residue behind the dresser all over the floor on the side of the bed. The room recked of Marijuana. The door was jammed making it hard to get in the room. We literally had to force the door open every time we left the room. They didn't have continental breakfast like they said they had in the advertisement.

I will never stay at an extended stay again

Location to my class at MAAR was great

Cons:

I did not feel safe. Transients in parking lot. The entire hotel STUNK of cigarettes, marijuana and some nasty hotel masking cover up deodorant smell. It was horrible. Barking dogs in rooms kept me up. All my clothes stink/stunk for class. The common areas were worn down and tired. Halls to rooms were filthy and a few days went by before it was picked up. I will never stay at one of these again.
