So I booked a two nights stay from Friday night until Sunday morning. On Saturday morning I woke up at 7:00am to hammer drilling right outside my window. I then went to the front desk to request a room change and was told we don't do that. I was calm and polite the whole time. I just explained that it was highly annoying to wake up to hammer drilling at 7:00 am on a Saturday morning when you're on a vacation. So I said that I wanted to cancel my second night. The desk manager didn't respond he just cancelled my room and then said I would have to deal with the third party booking people for a refund. I didn't seem like they even cared about customer satisfaction at all. I know that I won't be staying at an Extended Stay America again. I'm just one person but it seems like customer service training has gone down the drain. I no longer trust the ratings as most of them are screened and negative reviews aren't posted. I won't be using even the best rated third parties anymore because when you have a problem it's a nightmare and you wind up spending vacation time to resolve issues.
Nice friendly and calm there i will say Craig the assistant manager is a excellent manager he provides everything the way they company says Erica also is very nice Ms.Theresa is very nice as well I would live here longer if needed quiet at times kids get a lil rowdy but overall its a very nice establishing
Craig is absolutely amazing always keeping the building clean taking care of all guests needs
This is a great hotel when I need a long-term place the staff is friendly and attentive Erika, Johnny,Theresa and Craig are great the rooms are perfect for my needs microwave full size fridge stove top plenty of space and reliable Wi-F

The breakfast yall just had 3 muffins out and some coffee.I don't think that was right because when I stay at other hotel they have choices to choose from like muffins, bagels, cereals ,fruits,juices but yall just had 3 muffins out .The location was nice .
When I got there .The counter wasn't clean and I saw bugs in the bathroom and when leaving the outside trash can was over fulled and trash was all over the ground.
The location was good the front desk clerk was nice.
I booked a king room and was given a double bed room. There were no trash cans in the room. There were no utensils or glasses/cups no ice bucket, no coffee machine. The stove was dirty, the sheets were stained on 1 bed There was only 1 tiny bar of soap, no shampoo conditioner body wash or lotion. Any other extended stay I've been to had all these things. Plus there were the most loud ghetto people outside the entrance. I assume they were guests the had a Bluetooth speaker playing loud explicit music all evening well I to the night they were drinking and smoking they had a cooler of drinks it was a whole block party out there. I was very uncomfortable. Would not book again. Oh and the lamps didn't work.

Very ghetto, staff smoke weed and allow others to smoke right in front of the door. It has a weird odor, rooms have roaches and you may also get left puppy chow on the floor. Forget about notifying staff of anything, they are not solution driven.
