Not super pleasant experience. Will not stay here again.
Pros:

Staff member Kenosha. A true gem & the single reason we weren't left without a room.
Room was reasonable shape & comfort. Beds were fairly good & kitchenette was nice.

Cons:

They have literal front desk hours. Better be prepared to get there early. We had delays & didn't & no one read the messages we sent to inform property. So we almost weren't able to get checked in at all after very long day of driving.

We didn’t stay, Jerika understood and cancelled our stay waiting on my refund . I rebooked at a holiday inn
Cons:

They were not able to accommodate me with 3 children under 10. I was going to be assigned rooms far apart. It was a safety issue. I am waiting on my refund!

Great place
Pros:

The staff is polite and friendly and attentive the rooms are perfect for my needs everything works the full size refrigerator freezers are wonderful the location is ideal being close to grocery stores and shopping and restaurants and the place is quiet I recommend it

Completely unsanitary! Floors hadn’t been cleaned in what looked like months, the bottoms of my feet and my aunts socks were completely black. The tub had chips in it and black and yellow stains. The sink took 15 minutes to drain and after it was done, it looked like black particles from the pipes backed into the sink. Bed sheets (fitted and flat) had yellow spotting stains all over them. Seemed like people were treating it like an apartment vs. a hotel which significantly reduces the security of the building. After being there for an hour and a half, my aunt and I left and found a clean safer hotel nearby.
