Awful. They charged my credit card illegally. Threatened me to make entry in to my room. And kicked us out.

Nothing. They were rude and ripped me off.

Cons:

They charged my card. And then proceeded to illegally enter my room under threats. Then refused to refund my money after kicking us out.

Awful. I hate motel 6 all over America.

I didn’t. It was noisy and uncomfortable. The staff is awful.

Affordable but not comfortable

No breakfast I like the price and the staff was there and nice

Cons:

They put me in a run down room and the cable channel did not have any female channels no bet VHI bravo but there was news channels sports only no table no chair broken shower and toilet didn’t flush but this was the second room I switch to

The location of the room. It was on a corner near trees.)

Cons:

Staff notified me 'after' i booked the room online that I was that I was not welvome back.
They did not take my safety into consideration when I expressed it. Instead they threw it back at me. If you are in danger and or need maintenance or need customer service 'properly' this is not the place. When I asked if they had also spoken to the bothersome neighbor, their response was no that I needed to leave. This is the short version. Twice this property failed at good customer service and that is in essence why they have a job to begin with! The 1st time staying Manager was rude.

Sewage smell was putrid.

A decent hotel with exceptional staff.
Pros:

The staff is excellent at assisting me when.i need help. Their patience and kindness was outstanding.
The location fit .h needs bus service close by. Food within walking distance.

Cons:

The mirrored closet had to be rearranged so that no one could look through the window for privacy.
