Nothing there it's the whole experience was really bad and the staff are very rude and nasty to people and to myself I will never go there againl

Please change your staff and the rooms really need remodeling the TV did not work the toilet did not work properly the bathtub has holes in it the knob for the bathtub was broken the stoves don't work the phone for the room did not work it was a horrible experience

The staff was rude judemental called me file name in the process, and made me check out accordingly for no ethical reason outside of their defiled judgment.

Ninguno de los recepcionistas hablaba español, lo que dificultó considerablemente la comunicación durante la estadía.

Además, la noche anterior a nuestra salida, entre las 2:00 a. m. y las 3:30 a. m., una persona estuvo tocando insistentemente la puerta de la habitación contigua. Como nadie respondía, continuó llamando y golpeando, lo que despertó a quienes nos hospedábamos en las habitaciones cercanas e interrumpió nuestro descanso. Tampoco fue posible reportar la situación a la recepción, ya que la persona encargada no entendía español.
