The location was close to many restaurants and easy to get to
Dirty outside garbage around property- ants and roach in room - room was musty moldy and was vert bad for allergies. No garbage can in the room.
The location was close to the hospital as well as restaurants.
The room appeared not to have been cleaned, it was dusty, the water did not drain from the bathroom sink .
The room was nice and cozy.
There was no place for breakfast. The small lobby where the front desk is where they had muffins and coffee.
Nothing it was filthy I had to keep my socks on to walk around what a terrible property plus they asked me for $100 Deposit for the room !!! Who dies that? Never ever stay in one of your properties again!
Tear it down and rebuild it
Location
Log check in wait and staff was not that friendly
Good location. Clean although I stepped on a shard of glass by the bed in the carpet.
Definitely NO FRILLS. No paper towels at kitchenette area. Loud people outside our room at 4AM I asked the desk clerk for a couple clean towels. When I got back upstairs she had disabled my room key. I was forced to go back to get a new door key.
I would like to bring to your attention several concerns I experienced during my stay.
The microwave in my initial room was rusted and not in usable condition. Upon reporting this around 2:00 AM, I was moved to another room. However, the microwave in the second room was also not functioning, which was quite disappointing—especially given the late hour.
Additionally, there was no electrical outlet conveniently located near the iron stand, making it difficult to use basic amenities comfortably.
Overall, this experience reflects a lack of attention to guest comfort and operational readiness. I strongly recommend that someone take a more proactive and responsible approach to ensure rooms are properly maintained and fully functional before being assigned to guests.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to immediate improvements.
The deceiving pitures online. This hotel needs to be knocked down and reconstructed. The smell will never go away otherwise.
The yellow dinjy light in the dirty disgusting bathrooms. The yellow sheets. The streaks on the shower wall. Even the office for checkin, it stunk like weed like filth. Dam you couldnt even make the reception area look nice and smell nice.
The room was nice in size bedding clean & comfy the TV was large in size. This was an efficiency w fridge, micro & 2 burner only downfall was not plates, flatware or paper towels. But I made a paper bag work. Te bathroom was clean nice hot water towels were clean a plenty. It is a bit old but did the job.
This was an efficiency w fridge, micro & 2 burner only downfall was not plates, flatware or paper towels. But I made a paper bag work. Also no ice machine.

OH, Everything was fine, but why did they treat us with such disrespect? Why were these staff members so unprofessional toward us? From reading other 1 and 2 star reviews, I see that this is their Modus Operandi. When my 'husband' arrived, the lady with the 'accent' was asking him to leave 'tonight'! 2/16/2026. I opened the door and looked down at the parking lot from the tiny balcony space. I yelled out, Don't talk to these unprofessional folks who say lies! When she saw it was me, she said, "Oh, but I like this lady!" But by this time I thought they were all NUTS and I told my husband not to speak to that lady with the accent, as we were going to have to SUE ESA. He told me to go inside the room and he would be right up to room 270, bldg 200. I entered because He is NOT confrontational, I AM...and I want our 'remarriage' to work. But, I don't like being treated unfairly and thus this review.
How about that?? HOW ABOUT THAT?? Fortunately, our unit/apartment, was ready for us to move back in and leaving that 'very night' was a welcome solution for US as well as for them.
There are LEGAL rights when staying in a hotel, which include "safety, privacy and quiet enjoyment' of my hotel room, and staff attempting to enter without permission while behaving threateningly/vulgarly violates this duty of care. This constituted civil harassment and illegal attempt to enter/entry.
We will pursue the charges for this uncomfortable stay with our credit card company and I am sure the CEO of ESA, Mr. Greg Juceam, would not approve of the behavior of these staff members.
I am the type of person who believes employment belongs to those who are ready to work and follow the rules, as does getting paid for such work. NO work=NO pay in my book aka shoddy work=bye, bye job.
The location was excellent as my husband's job is not too far away. (5 minutes by car). We moved out by 7:30 p.m. on 2/16/26. which is why I was already packing as our plan was to leave until that week's Wednesday, otherwise, I would never, ever, stay at this location, ever again.
