Kendrick is the very kind , professional and knowledgeable! The hotel is very clean and all staff go above and beyond . It is in a good area and is great for a short or an extended stay ! Lance and Miyah at the front desk were always very welcoming and kind ! If your looking for a place to stay you have found your spot !

Sucked. It was a nutrigrain bar or a pack of oatmeal. Only coffee was offered as a beverage.
Everything. I sent a complaint and want a refund. We checked out early and want our money back. Worst hotel I have ever walked into. Our complaint to you included 12 photos of the filth. Tubs were moldy and everything else. We were booked for 2 nights. Barely stayed 8 hours, only because it was in the middle of the night. Fighting outside our room after 1 am. Staff did nothing. Told us we have to contact you.

The old furniture needs an upgrade
My wife and I visit this location everytime we get downtime in Marietta. We love the atmosphere and the ability to park our semi without issue. The staff from front desk, management, housekeeping and maintenance are all professional, polite and approachable. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We love being able to prepare our own food so the kitchen is ideal. The hotel is quiet and serene, we rarely hear other tenants or any obnoxious noise. We love this place!
