It was nasty did look like the pictures at all rooms were not clean they didn’t have any hot water. The tv was broken there was no cable. It’s a lot of people that live there
We were told we had to leave not even an hour after check in because they were doing some inspection on the rooms and ww had a candle lit for aroma to make room smell better.
We had no idea that a tealight would cost us a 250 dollar fine and the 74dollars that we had just rebooked because we had been there foe almost a week III
Nothing
The room was not very well cleaned. Rust in the microwave and under the stove hood. Stains on the bedding.
The guy at check in was nice
The beds were very uncomfortable and hurt our backs, and the room wasnt cleaned well, there was sticky residue on the table and a big splatter of something between the nightstand and bed. The first 2 rooms they gave us hadn't been cleaned at all, it took 3 tries to find one that was clean enough. It smelled like smoke in the bathroom but it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The outlet next the nightstand was damaged with drywall dust on all the wires and made us question its safety. There was a lot of noise in the hallway from kids yelling, people talking loudly and playing music and stomping from the room next to us. We almost checked out after the first night because of how uncomfortable it was but didnt want to eat the cost of the room. It's way overpriced for what it was.

The place was absolutely filthy. Food in the kitchen sink, dirty towels still in the shower, disgusting floors.
That the location was confusing
Can only get one pillow, couldn’t get any extra linen, the room had a bad smell I told the front desk and they said that it was nothing they can do cause they were booked
That didn't respect the booking they said they didn't have any rooms available

Kendrick is the very kind , professional and knowledgeable! The hotel is very clean and all staff go above and beyond . It is in a good area and is great for a short or an extended stay ! Lance and Miyah at the front desk were always very welcoming and kind ! If your looking for a place to stay you have found your spot !
