Clean and comfortable business hotel with limited facilities
Pros:

Great location for where I needed to be but not much in the area. Big and comfortable room.

Cons:

Despite arriving at the 15:00 check in time it took nearly 2 hours to get into my room.
“Breakfast” was just some bars and muffins and coffee.

Cons:

Breakfast was limited to ONLY muffins. We had students there for a math competition and we were expecting a larger breakfast. That the rooms included breakfast was one of the biggest reasons that we booked at this hotel.

If you have an extra $50 bucks and book with enough time just get the next hotel in the list.
Pros:

The floors are clean-ish, and the beds do not have bugs! So you can complete your stay if your party is not picky. Also, the WiFi works pretty well throughout the property.

Cons:

The parking is scarce; the later you get, the harder it will be to park. When it comes to arriving after midnight, forget to get a room... the system starts to process the day's data. We had to wait until 1:30 AM to get a room.

The lamps, doors, and walls are scratched and show signs of heavy usage. There was a big "blob" of unknown material behind the door. Which almost made our group change locations. As we were pretty tired and we did not get a room until 1:30, we stayed. If we had reached and seen it during day time would have definitely had a different outcome.
