The overall stay was good.
Pros:

I liked the fact that I had a stove. It allowed me to make something to eat. I also liked how easy it was to get around.

Cons:

There was a wrapper left on the nightstand, but in all fairness, my room was switched.

Cons:

Colazione inesistente. Nella prenotazione risulta compresa nel prezzo, ma una zona bar con caffè, te e muffin/barrette confezionate e nessun posto per sedersi non può essere chiamata tale.

It could have been better. Even if the sheets were clean, they did not look it.

I requested rooms very close together. On check in they had my 92 year old aunt On th 4th floor and us on the the 1st. They were able to change it, but it wasn't as close as we had requested. The sheets did not look fresh. The top sheet was not made up but messily folded under the spread.. We learned of this later and it was too late to call. We slept on top of the spread. No grab bars in shower. One bar of soap to be used between sink and tub.We were not given pin numbers for phone usage, nor did we receive Wi-Fi passwords until asked

Cons:

No coffee maker in room. Early in the morning they had a pot in the lobby but no milk or creamer. Just black coffee

Late night check in girl was not very friendly. Dog poop in the hallway. Locked outside doors were propped open all the time.

Pros:

The check-in process

Cons:

I was disappointed with my stay. The room was not clean when I arrived, and the bathroom was also dirty, which made the experience very unpleasant. In addition, there was not enough shampoo or soap provided for the stay. I expected much better cleanliness and attention to basic amenities. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping standards for future guests.
