I will never stay here ever again or recommend it anyone

I was happy about the pool but I never got to utilize it.

Cons:

Let me start off by saying my spouse and I were racially profiled. The hotel manager wasn’t polite he had the nastiest attitude towards us. Then we left out for dinner upon returning you can tell he was upset to see us back. It wasn’t even 10 minutes after before getting a phone call saying we were disrupting other guess and the police were on the way I have never in my life refused to answer or leave he made the whole thing up so we leave. I have never in my life had someone make me feel how he did I would recommend if you are of color this hotel isn’t the place for you.

Worst hotel room ove ever been in. Air quality was a danger to be exposed to.

Room smelled terrible!!! Opened the door and was hit with a horrible odor. Very unhealthy air to breathe in. Couldn’t stay, had to find a different hotel.

Pros:

The location of the property was good for us and in a safe area. Most of the front office staff apart from the manager were quite friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The manager refused to modify my reservation even though I gave them 2 days notice that I had to check out a day early.
I prefer to stay at accommodation where they do not steal my money.
