It was decent, floors just needed to be cleaner
Pros:

The staff are very friendly and considerate.

Cons:

Our hotel floor was not cleaned at all. We looked at the bottoms of our feet/socks after only 30 mins of walking around the room. Our sock became discolored
/dark brown/black due to walking on the hotel room floor. When notifying the night shift staff member at the front desk, he gave us the house cleaners rolling bucket and we mopped our bed room floor. Shortly after mopping the bedroom our toilet became clogged and we went down to notify him along with returning the mop and bucket. That is when he provided a plunger for us and we had no issues after that.

I will never stay here ever again or recommend it anyone
Pros:

I was happy about the pool but I never got to utilize it.

Cons:

Let me start off by saying my spouse and I were racially profiled. The hotel manager wasn’t polite he had the nastiest attitude towards us. Then we left out for dinner upon returning you can tell he was upset to see us back. It wasn’t even 10 minutes after before getting a phone call saying we were disrupting other guess and the police were on the way I have never in my life refused to answer or leave he made the whole thing up so we leave. I have never in my life had someone make me feel how he did I would recommend if you are of color this hotel isn’t the place for you.
