Cons:

I called before asking for an early check-in, they said it was fine, and when we arrived they did not have the room ready and were extremely rude about it. They say they have breakfast included but it was just a coffee station.

The staff members were kind and quick to help.
Pros:

The two staff members that checked me in and out were excellent. They were very helpful and patient. Excellent customer service!

For one night it was good.
Pros:

Coffee was very good. Packaged muffins and breakfast bars. And no place to sit to eat.the person at the check in and check out (Jul?) Was amazing and very helpful.

Cons:

They need to have a better selection of packaged products...and a small area to sit.
