Don’t ever stay here. Ever
Pros:

The location was off First St in San Jose across from Benihana. There is nothing else good about this property.

Cons:

The worse property I’ve ever seen in my life. We checked in and left 10 min later. The entire property is run down and has a really dirty, nasty feel. The carpet is disgusting, the rooms are filthy with stains on the walls and ceilings. The bathroom counters had cigarette burn marks, the kitchen light fixture was broken and there were burn marks on outlets. The parking lot is questionable and it did not feel safe. This is an abomination of a property.

Cons:

My room smelled like cigarettes. People were arguing loudly, looked like people were living there, cops came, fire alarm went off, people were hanging out in the parking lot. Just not a peaceful time over all.

Cons:

Fights the running up and down the halls at 2am the guy that works at night was not good at costumer service. The only person that was nice is the 1st day we checked in
