I didn’t like anything about this hotel and it smelled like cigarettes soon as I walked in
I booked my stay online and paid I had a receipt and a confirmation number still wasn’t able to get my room after paying the holding fee they wanted to change me again I would never book with this hotel again it was a waste of my time and money I travelled for work and was very disappointed
There weee fresh urine stains on the bottom of the toilet.
The bathroom and the stove look like it had not been cleaned.
The night clerk Kevin got very confrontational with me. Almost to the point of aggressive altercation he was very condescending and did not seem to want to do his job and rent me a room charge me double what I had originally booked and was extremely disrespectful. The room was subpar for the absolute terrible customer service I dealt with.
Convenient to work
Smell , Not clean stuck substance on counters and cabinets. Rugs were dirty had to ask for most of what I need. And best part need to pay for high speed WiFi that’s advertised
Conveniently located for me. Also clean. AC worked well. Water pressure was good.
Run down, depressing, hallways were dim, room had a bad air freshener smell, mattress was covered in plastic under the sheet, curtains had holes, took a half hour to check in, breakfast was prepackaged snacks like that sold in a gas station.

We had to switch rooms due to a moldy tub and worn Formica in room 103 other that everything was good

Room dirty, sink back up no maintenance until Monday morning supervisor being very short with customer, not like it leave with this didn't know what was surrounding circumstances very load night time hallway traffic, massive dogs barking, wild experience, never ever go back or recommend

For some reason, the info from Expedia didn't get to the hotel, so check in took nearly 20 minutes! The hallways are dimly lit and smell funky. I understand that people bring some of their own necessities at an extended stay place, but this room was absolutely bare bones. There was only one small wastepaper basket, which is odd for a room equipped with a fridge & stove. Clearly, people are going to eat in the room. Where are you supposed to put your trash? There weren't even cups in the bathroom, and there was no coffeemaker. The room was very stuffy and there was no thermostat to turn up the AC. The bathroom door was cracked and didn't close properly. They stop serving breakfast at 9:30, which I think is a bit stingy. The wifi is glacially slow and they charge an hourly rate for "upgraded" service. I guess that's for people who want to check their email within a month. But at least the bed was comfortable.
