Very good service 👏
Everything is good
The whole staff are not only beautiful but nice and the keep everyone accountable. I can't say anything but great stuff about being treated like at home. Jassmine Edna and Ms Matannah have been so patient with me as I been have a lot weight on my shoulders. They have been a big help
I love it
Kitchen needs a makeover desperately!
I was very unsatisfied and will never stay here ever again I’m from MI
I JUST DIDN'T LIKE
The room they gave us was already being used. When we told the front desk they just said oh ok I’ll get you another room. The lady on the elevator with us said it happened to her when she checked in too
Roachs bug bites and all around hygiene of the building
The free Wi-Fi.
The room was filthy. The floor left my feet black and there were ants everywhere. The staff were rude. One staff member stopped me in the hall because she mistook me for another guest, aaking if I was leaving today or extending my stay. I was very confused because one, I'd never seen this woman in my life (no uniforms or nametags so no telling who works there and who is a guest), and two I had paid for a week in advance and this was only my third day. When I answered with neither she asked my room number and I stupidly gave it in the middle of the lobby (for safety reasons as a solo/female traveler this is a big no-no but again CONFRONTED by what I believe is staff) and she realized I wasn't the guest she thought I was. Apparently she recognized my dog stating there was another guest with one just like mine, but somehow I doubt that. I bet it was another pit mix and they were just being prejudice against him because then later that same day another staff member, a male housekeeper, shouted at me from down the hall and blocked me from using the elevator because of my dog despite no one informing me of the "no dog on elevator rule" upon payment, or even afterwards when I turned around in front of two staff members and took the elevator with my dog in hand. They charge you $25 extra a night for your pet but you can't even take the elevator? Speaking of, the stairwell doesn't have AC and is approximately 80+ degrees so I had so much fun making that trip during this past heatwave. The walls were paper thin so you hear every argument and every footstep in the hallway. The bed didn't come with a comforter just a cracker thin sheet on a springy mattress. The vending machines charge $5 for a soda. Oh and the prostitutes outside are entertaining and respectful at least. I could keep going but I have to go to work. Overall I paid almost $800 for one of the worst stays of my life. I ended up getting another hotel halfway through my stay. Yeah.
