It could have been worse.
Pros:

"roomy" suite.

Cons:

Room was dirty. I think someone swept the floor but forgot to pick up the garbage pile of crumbs, dust etc. Also if the spiders and roaches were going to be more roommates they should have shared the costs.

Doing some BAIT and Switch shenanigans
Pros:

I PREPAID on Booking.com. The HAD the reservation on the computer when I arrived … and YET… they told me I COULD NOT CHECK IN… because they did not accept PAYPAL ( which is how I prepaid on the Booking site). And that I needed to CANCLE my booking.com reservation and try to get my money back.. AND REBOOK with them directly at the location and PAY AGAIN for the room I ALREADY paid for.

I DECLINED… and went around the corner to the MARRIOT Residence Inn, a MUCH NICER Facility.

Pros:

The location is tucked away but still near restaurants.

Cons:

The condition of the room. The flooring was completely lifted in the bathroom. The cabinets and paint needs to be redone. Terrible water pressure and the tub was stained. At 10:30am the staff was checking doors and asking when we were checking out. Checkout is at 11. I thought the individual that checked us in was nice.

Never gonna stay here again, it was gross.
Cons:

The toilets was wobbly, Racks were barely hanging on the walls, furniture scratched up and dirty.

So frustrated with an unacceptable staff attitude!!

So dirty, equipment beat up and rusty. Staff so rude, unacceptable😡😡😡😡. Office always close night time during laundry cycle. If your room deactivated, you can’t get reactivated until 5am.

Don't waste your time - find someplace else!
Cons:

No Internet. The phone in the room was broken. No replacement. No hairdryer. Said they were not available, even though listed on the amenities. Love seat in the room had huge cigarette holes burned through the fabric. Found another hotel and left! Reported the issues to Corporate, no answer from them yet.
