Cons:

Ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, Klobürste war kaputt und wurde einfach kaputt hingestellt. Spa/ Hamam reine abzocke, heißt dann das es nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun hat. Minibar war nur eine Flasche Wasser drin. 80% Männliche Gäste aus der Türkei die wahrscheinlich Geschäftlich unterwegs waren.

Otelde ilk misafir olduğumda (2023) resepsiyondaki çalışanlar sanki daha güler yüzlü, daha ilgiliydiler. Su sefer ne güler yüz, ne ilgi alaka. Odamız çok sıcakdı, bunu bildirdiğimizde aldığımız cevap: sistem henüz yaz moduna geçmedi, odaları soğutamıyoruz, havalandırmayı kapatın ve camınızı açın (Kübra hanım)!!! 5 yıldızı otelden beklenilecek servis bu değil, kaldıki hava sıcaklığı Gaziantep’de 20 derecenin üzerindeydi. Yakından geçen otoyolun sesinden uyu uyuyabilirsen. Bu sorun kiraladığımız diğer 3 oda içinde geçerliydi ve diğer misafirlerden de öğrendiğimiz kadarıyla onlar da da durum aynı idi.

Frühstück war ausgibig. Die Zimmer groß und sauber. Genug Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es auch.

Wir haben für unser Aufenthalt 4x 2’er Zimmer gebucht.

Mit bedauern mussten wir feststellen, dass das Personal an der Rezeption nicht unbedingt motiviert war. Das freundliche begrüßen und empfangen hat man auch vermisst. Sollte in einem 5* Hotel nicht so schwerfallen.

Leider konnte das Heiz-/ Kühlsystem in den Zimmern nicht eingestellt werden, so das es in den Zimmern unerträglich warm war. Wir haben versucht das Problem an das Hotelpersonal heranzutragen, leider ohne Erfolg. Wir wurden mit folgender Begründung abgespeist: die Lüftungsanlage wäre noch im Winterbetrieb und man könne Wetterbedingt nicht umstellen (wohlgemerkt Aussentemperatur teilweise über 15 Grad)! Wir sollen doch die Lüftung im Zimmer ausschalten und unsere Fenster aufmachen. Danke für den Rat. Die stark befahrene Hauptstraße in der nähe hat die Nachtruhe natürlich zum besonderen gemacht.

Employees are so helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast is exactly same everyday. They can change the hot plates (egg options) daily at least to give different options to people to select for the customers who stay long time. We have asked anti allergic pillows but it wasn’t available. I understand this is an extra ordinary request but It would be good to have if you have so many rooms. I hope they will take this request as an improvement opportunity.

The hotel was quite crowded, which made it challenging to fully evaluate the service standards. However, the team managed the situation impressively well, and there were no major issues throughout our stay. I would especially like to thank the kitchen staff, along with the entire team, for their dedication and hard work.

Ein gutes Hotel in Gaziantep
Pros:

Die kostenlosen Parkplätze vor der Tür und das reichhaltige Frühstück sind top.

Cons:

Die Regulierung der Klimaanlage ist sehr problematisch. Die Grundeinstellung der Klimaanlage von 26,5-29 Grad Celsius katastrophal. Das hat uns leider krank gemacht und eine starke Erkältung verursacht:-(
