Pros:

This is definitely not a 5-star hotel, but it's a good place to stay, and the price is fair.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of vegetables, fruit, cheeses, and cold cuts. The only downside was the orange juice, which wasn't fresh and appeared to be made from powder.

The valet didn't help us get out of the car and with our luggage, and after check-in, no one offered any assistance with our bags. Also, only one or two receptionists spoke English.

Our rooms were clean and had no unpleasant smells. Overall, I would say this is a good 4-star hotel.

Leider war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt nicht zufrieden. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, sodass im Zimmer Temperaturen von etwa 29 °C herrschten. Ich habe dies an der Rezeption gemeldet, jedoch sprach der Mitarbeiter kein Englisch, wodurch die Kommunikation sehr schwierig war.

Beim Frühstück habe ich erfahren, dass die Klimaanlage offenbar in allen Zimmern nicht gekühlt hat. Zudem sollte das Frühstück um 7:00 Uhr beginnen, die warmen Speisen wurden jedoch erst gegen 7:45 Uhr bereitgestellt.

Darüber hinaus konnte mir keine Rechnung ausgestellt werden, obwohl ich direkt im Hotel bezahlt habe.

Insgesamt entspricht dies leider nicht den Erwartungen, die ich an einen Hotelaufenthalt habe.

Месторасположение. Ехали с Грузии.

Cons:

Номер нуждается в ремонте. Ламинт в комнате протертый. В номере небыло одеял. Кондеционет работает очень шумно и плохо. Постельное мятое. Не рекомендую данный отель. Был шок что отзывы на сайте положительные. Прикладываю видио .

Room A/C is not cooling, and the technician came twice two nights, second night i asked reception to change the room , and they didn't reply my room telephone,
And the toilets weren't clean there was long hairs twice i asked for cleaning but they didn't clean the floor never,
In short i expected a better and comfortable experience with The Green park hotel a 5 star hotel, unfortunately they disappointed me.

When we arrived at the hotel, they said breakfast ended at 11, but when we went down for breakfast at 10:30, they said it was over. We were left hungry. We definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, Klobürste war kaputt und wurde einfach kaputt hingestellt. Spa/ Hamam reine abzocke, heißt dann das es nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun hat. Minibar war nur eine Flasche Wasser drin. 80% Männliche Gäste aus der Türkei die wahrscheinlich Geschäftlich unterwegs waren.

Otelde ilk misafir olduğumda (2023) resepsiyondaki çalışanlar sanki daha güler yüzlü, daha ilgiliydiler. Su sefer ne güler yüz, ne ilgi alaka. Odamız çok sıcakdı, bunu bildirdiğimizde aldığımız cevap: sistem henüz yaz moduna geçmedi, odaları soğutamıyoruz, havalandırmayı kapatın ve camınızı açın (Kübra hanım)!!! 5 yıldızı otelden beklenilecek servis bu değil, kaldıki hava sıcaklığı Gaziantep’de 20 derecenin üzerindeydi. Yakından geçen otoyolun sesinden uyu uyuyabilirsen. Bu sorun kiraladığımız diğer 3 oda içinde geçerliydi ve diğer misafirlerden de öğrendiğimiz kadarıyla onlar da da durum aynı idi.
