Housekeeping needs to report such things as NO THERMOSTAT ON WALL. AC not working.
I only stayed here because my friend was here, otherwise I would have stayed at the newly renovated one on executive drive
Friendly staff
Broken door key access, broken remote control, rusted silverware, people smoking cigarettes inside the swimming pool, dirty hot water for the oatmeal breakfast and no ice machine.
How they walked in on me naked
Morning lobby staff apologetic and check out was quick.
No air in lobby. Couldn't get service for quite awhile. TV cracked and lines. Weird bedding. SMELLED. People drinking in parking lot. Knocks on our door at 4AM!

The staff treated me poorly they discriminated against me they put me on a do not rent list because of something third party had messed up and done I had paid and they said I didn't pay and I showed them proof that I paid and they still put me on a do not rent list that I did not know about and I booked again without knowing I was on that list and I got screwed out of my $86 and here I am sitting on the curb with all of my stuff with nowhere to go because they discriminated against me because of I have tattoos on my face I'm embarrassed I am now on the side of the curb I lost my job because this was a business trip and I want to be compensated for my troubles with credit on booking.com if not I'm going to give the worst Google review for booking.com and for this hotel I need to be compensated and put in a different hotel today

It wasn't clean. Sheets had stains. Pool was closed and dirty. Breakfast was just snacks. No hot water in the shower!
