Horrific
Pros:

The night clerk was friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The room was dated, the bed uncomfortable and the room smelled. The AC was unresponsive. The bathroom sink had no pressure and the shower at best could be described as spitting at you while it leaked. The accommodations were not commensurate with the price.

Overall, my stay was fair. However, considering the location, an upgrade of the property is needed.

Cons:

This location could use some upgrading. To start, for a "Extended Suite", the room was small and there were no utensils/plates/cups/cookware available. These items should be included in the "Extended Suite".
