For stays of fewer than 7 days, a one‑time housekeeping fee of $10 may apply and is payable at the property.

No wifi, shower drain was clogged, the bathroom was dark with no fan.
Worst stay I've had at a hotel in ages. Front desk staff (night of 1/21/2026) were extremely rude and condescending. Sink in the bathroom didn't drain, was hung up on by the front desk, and the staff here was unaccommodating. Wasn't able to switch rooms after the sink failed to function properly, hope that they improve the quality of their service throughout the year and that your experience here is better than mine.
This hotel overbooked for the night in question. We were staying with other family using 1 car and at the same hotel so this was a huge inconvenience. I was left a message telling me I had to contact their sister hotel to get a room with the same rate. So you overbook and I have to fix it? Luckily I did, however the room smelled like cat pee and the sister hotel was dated and dirty. Had long term residents outside the door blocking the doors smoking. Just yuck. I will say Sarah from the sister hotel not this one was helpful in rebooking. Will never stay at one of these establishments again.

Three years ago, my life was upturned as the place I had lived for the previous seven years had been sold to a new owner, and the new owner was going to tear down the building to make room for a new housing development. I needed some temporary housing fast. I decided on the Extended Stay America. I found it comfortable, at a reasonable rate. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. I took the name "Extended Stay" to heart and have made this hotel my "home" for the past three years. There have been small things that have gone wrong over this period of time, but the staff was ready and able to handle all the problems in a very timely fashion. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next extended stay.
Value is good, location is good, right across from a forest preserve and plenty of stores and restaurant nearby.
Rooms are very basic and dated, some minor repair needed, kitchen is advertised fully equipped but there is nothing you have to bring everything

It was right near the event I was attending.
Room key didn’t work, so we were afraid to leave the room when staff wasn’t available to let us back in. Room didn’t feel clean. It had a kitchenette but completely barren of any kitchen items (not even a plate). Ironing board but no iron. The room felt as though it was robbed of all of its items. Dog barking loudly for a long time during middle of the night.
We were staying overnight in Vernon Hills and this location was very close to relatives we were visiting the next day. It was not far from the freeway, and a prime restaurant and shopping area with an upscale mall. The hotel stay was exceptional. The hotel itself was, quiet and clean. The decor while not upscale is very new.
I cannot express enough how amazing this hotel staff is. Everyone who works here is so nice and welcoming. From the moment I checked in I felt cared about. The bed is so comfy too!! The hotel is clean, and the manger keeps any riff raft out. She made me feel so much better by just having the best personality and biggest smile everytime I see her. I travel for work and see a lot of hotel staff. This experience by far exceeds my expectations. 10/10 recommend for a budget friendly, clean, and well maintained hotel. Thank you so much for my stay. When I visit Chicago I will 100% be choosing your hotel!!
