For stays of 7 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen, changing linens and towels and more. For stays of fewer than 7 days, a one‑time housekeeping fee of USD 10 may apply and is payable at the property.
Fresh towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a small fee.

The recliner in the room; the closet space; the kitchenette to prepare my food; the desk and chair; the 3rd floor view; it was mostly quiet. The woman agent was helpful to me. Something very odd happened when I went out for a few hours: my food and beverages went missing from the fridge and counter...:/

Terrible and smells very bad
I arrived late and no one was there ti help and I call and call the # that said to call for help and after 40 min someone answers, then I dint get the room that I reserve, so mi en my wife a my kid we have to sleep on. A queen bed,
De locatie was goed en de bedden.
Heel grof personeel. Ondanks dat alles al betaald was, kwamen er nog allemaal extra kosten bij. Zeer lang moeten wachten aan de balie voor ik een kamer kreeg. Hier kom ik nooit meer.
I couldn’t check in into the property and lost my money
Location only and 1 staff member Corey who despite the property being terrible, was helpful
I paid for a King room and got 1 queen bed. I was next to a room with pit bulls barking all night with an overwhelming smell of feces and urine, smell was coming through the wall. cigarette smoke was permeating throughout in a no smoking hotel. towels/ washcloths and bathroom dirty no toilet paper, no remote or garbage can in room and after all if that no offer if a refund! on top of that I gad to pay a housekeeper fee for a dirty room! Shameful I will never be back!
The receptionist was not helpful, and they cancelled my booking saying that they don’t have a room available for me.
Room was clean and comfortable. No complaints.
Nothing. There front desk people are inconsiderate. I asked for extra pillow and they give me a bunch of excuses! They even said that the hotel is under new management and ownership and they only allow two pillows! They didnt not clean my room. I stayed there for couple of nights. Nothing at all! Bad service! Stay away!
The front desk people are horrible! Especially the bald white guy and his indian manager.
