Q todo estaba perfecto y no olía a cigarro
Q duro muy poco mi estancia😊
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.The situation in the room is totally different from the photos. It’s like a nightmare for us.we will never forgettable this experience.😅🥲
Nothing
Dirty stained stove to, stained table. Window broken, no ice machine, non smoking room smelled of smoke.
The location.
The room and the smell of the room and the roaches in the bathroom and kitchen nook. Also, I couldn't take a shower in the bathroom because of the roaches. I had to shower at my gym, EOS. Room 218 was disgusting and the toilet overflowed so I had to go to Circle K to use the bathroom
Bed was very dirty and stain just looked gross
No hot water, tub was soft when you stepped in. Had the wrong room at first. The pictures are very misleading.
Everything
Nothing
The staff were friendly and helpful. The two maids I talked to were very friendly and helpful the lady in the front desk was no more than expected. The room was worse than I expected the bathroom there was no toilet paper holder just Holes where it should have been the kitchen none of the drawers worked The refrigerator barely worked The microwave worked It was dirty The bedroom was dirty and sparsely furnished there was one chair with holes in it all over in the upholstery there was everything was bad it was as dirty and bad. I'm from Phoenix and I have been to this motel 6 before and so I thought I knew what I was in for but it was worse than even I expected. I can't believe I paid $180 for that room. Devwryo not go to this motel 6
Everything there's not even a place to start it was all bad.
We were close enough to Camelback Ranch.
A cleaner room. They couldn’t come and clean it, not they said they were too busy.
Nothing
Everything
Everything was good
Nothing.
No hot water. Everything was in bad condition. Had to get your own sheets and towels. No maid service. Drug dealers on the property. Limited parking. Strong smell of Marijuana all the time.
If there was a way to give this hotel zero stars, I would. The only good thing about the place was the easy check in by a very friendly young woman named Kaylee. Everything else was a disaster.
There were dead plants everywhere outside the motel and dangerous trip hazards. But the real problems were inside the rooms. When we came in the door, I noticed that the floors were worn and looked a little dirty. I just thought the flooring might needed to be replaced. But the further we got into checking out the room, the worse it got. My daughter laid down on the bed and discovered there were giant paw prints on the sheets as if a dog had gotten in mud and then romped all over the bed. It was clear the sheets had not been changed. Then we discovered mud on the walls and tile in the bathroom, presumably from the same dog.
We went and talked to the front desk and got some sheets to change the bed ourselves. When we stripped the bed down, we discovered the most disgusting mattress that ever existed. There were stains from top to bottom and I can't imagine what they were or why this hotel thinks that is ok. Additionally, my kids had been walking around in their socks on the room floors and when we looked at the bottom of their socks they were filthy.
The next morning, we talked with Kaylee in the office again and she said she would have the manager contact us. That never happened but they did refund 40% of the $108 paid for the motel room. I felt like it should have been 100% because of the disgusting sanitary issues and lack of basic cleaning and maintenance.
I have had problems with Motel 6 in the past as I feel like they have completely given up on being decent hotels and are just flop houses now. This latest and final experience proves that my instincts were right all along. We will never stay at another Motel 6 again.
