We didn't stay more than 15min. Not safe or sanitary for humans.

The gentleman at the front desk was polite.

Cons:

This was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room reeked of weed/cigarette smoke, severely dirty sheets that had some kind of substance on them, every piece of furniture was broken, chipped or had graffiti etched into it, deplorable bathroom, spit balls all over the walls.

Cons:

The room was completely disgusting. One of the staff members made a comment about how they just finished cleaning a room. (@12am?!) Not even close to clean don't be fooled by the pictures!!!

The front desk employess very nice

Cons:

Room was not nice looked really old an d gross. People where banging on walls and you cpuld not sleep . And when i told front desk they knew exactly who it was and have had aloy of complantes i was from out of town had to call off work so i could go hime and sleep very wrong

It was awful
Cons:

We didn’t even stay here. We opened the door and immediately left. Bed had a huge stain and the sheets had holes in it. It was dirty and there was dust everywhere. The table was white but it had burns in it and it was all brown and black.

Everything. Property looked fine, but I arrived early and the room wasn't ready yet so I took my dog for a walk around the property. There were meth addicts everywhere! Drug dealers, people lurking around looking shady AF. I didn't feel safe here at all. I did not stay. I went back to the office and canceled my reservation. The clerk did not seem surprised. I had to pay nearly 3x as much to go stay somewhere else. Not a great experience.

You get what you pay for...
Pros:

The geographical location was convenient being next to I-17 freeway. However the people outside of the facilities loitering was sketchy.

Cons:

I asked for non-smoking room and it reeked of smoke. It was also unpleasant to see a roach crawl out of bathtub while using the restroom.
