Pros:

My room was NEVER ready. So I had to book at courtyard, which was AWESOME.

Cons:

No rooms for my reservation and they charged me 95 cancellation fee.

Wasn’t happy with my stay here.
Cons:

The room wasn’t cleaned well, the tub wasn’t cleaned, the toilet bowl was difficult to flush. The kitchen counter needed some work.

Staff was great, felt safe, good price

Cons:

Everything is very old, smells of weed, coffee had grounds everyday, granola bars and dry muffins for breakfast

I had the worst experience of staying in the hotel. No breakfast nor any coffee was served.

Cons:

There was nothing to like about this hotel. Room had a strong smoke smell. Complained about the smell and stuff responded “SORRY”.

Cons:

The bathroom tub and shower rod were broken, the cabinets were chipped. The a/c and heating unit were unable to control.

Cons:

The property lied to us that our room is gone (even I paid the rent in advance) and they said that it has been booked to someone else now and there is no room available in the hotel. I stayed there had an argument with the management and finally they gave a leftover room which was not good.
