Old lots of maintenance needed
The facility lacks maintenance, particularly the windows, screens, bathtub, oven top, etc. The floor is not clean, and hallway smells bad. The room is not clean and smells bad. The manager does not care about the customer satisfication. It seems that this facility lacks supportive workplace culture for the staff, who are also apathy, and they look like a lack of emotion, hospitality, motivation and concern. Only one frontdesk staff--a skinny African with short curly hair-- is friendly, caring, and professional. He and his work should be highly praised and rewarded. Escalating to higher leadership is a must to make a change to the management.

The lady at the front desk was so nice .
The location was not great. The place was so dirty. It smelled like dog urine in hall on 2nd floor. Just bad vibes and the rug in hallway looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. I will never stay at this location again.
