Feels like an apartment with hotel service.
Pros:

My company recently relocated to the Horsham area and I needed a place to stay until I could find a permanent place to live. ESA on Dresher road was tge best decision I could have made. It doesn't feel like a hotel room. It feels like an apartment with personal service. Extremely affordable and the space itself is amazing. A full kitchen with a regular sized refrigerator, stove top and microwave. Plenty of open space within the room to avoid feeling cramped. The staff is very helpful, courteous and kind. I especially found the woman at the front desk during the day, "Ro" to go above and beyond with pleasantries. My stay will consist of at least a couple of months and I could not be happier with where im staying. I highly recommend ESA Horsham for any extended stay necessary.

Pros:

Nothing to like...the rooms are cheap, and the place is not maintained.

Cons:

Service was as rude as you can get. The shower didn't work, and reception was clueless on what to do. In the morning, I complained, and the lady at the front desk said if our service wasn't up to your expectations, you had the option to leave. She basically said that we are going to not going to meet expectations, and if you don't like it...leave. Pathetic. Don't waste your money - spend the extra $20 dollars and stay somewhere that cares.

Amazing
Pros:

Ro and Aryanna are the brightest people in this establishment. Their smiles and positive energy always makes my day! They make me feel welcome. Some of the other staff doesnt give the same energy but they make the e stay worth it. Through a difficult time they are amazing. Roman was amazing! Made you trasiton easy
