Always great sometimes a little more expensive but it’s worth it in the long run. Can’t wait to come again.
Pros:

I love coming to extended-stay. It is my favorite place. I can bring my cat. I’m comfortable. I can make a cup of tea cook something for the family. The bed is very comfortable. The rooms are clean and most of all my cat loves it. He stayed there many times and we will continue to come back to extended stay❤️❤️❤️

Cons:

I only have one little issue which the stove was not clean when I got to my room. It wasn’t extremely dirty, but you can tell someone have been frying grease and it was grease around the edges but nothing that I couldn’t wipe off myself. That wasn’t a big deal.

Pros:

The reason I booked this hotel is the location of the hotel in the budget. It is a little bit far from the Newyork city. And we use the NJ Transit train to commute to the city.
The rooms were clean. Breakfast is included. Coffee, muffins, Nutri bars are provided for the breakfast.
Staff is friendly and supportive.

Cons:

In my view, some more items would have been provided for the breakfast.

For the price I guess you get what you paid for it was cheap

Shower was not clean ,no pillow cases on our pillows, no toilet paper in our bathroom, beds were not comfortable I feel like they didnt make sure the room was clean for the next stay an didnt make sure the bathroom was stocked with toilet paper or fresh towels . Really need to update the rooms

Cons:

I returned to the hotel about 2:00am and the main entrance was locked. The desk never told me how to manage that. My room card only opened the exterior door. I was very tired and had to go to work in 4 hours. After about 15 minutes fooling with the lobby door I took a walk around the corner and found a side entrance that was open. No staff in sight. Not happy!

Even after complaining the problems, hotel staff didn't even bother to repair or consider our proble

Room was dirty, spider web all around the room.
Bathroom door was broken
Kitchenette was not working
Bathroom light was broken
Bathroom sink water was locked and even the bathtub water was blocked.

Cons:

The staff was disrespectful. Disrespected me and my family. Didn't assist us properly. Made us wait at 2am for some technical problems from their end. The receptionist (Nicole) probably was her name was very rude, didn't know how to operate what she needed to do. Drove all the there from the airport in an uber paid such a high uber price only to get another uber to go to another hotel. Worst experience and would suggest everyone to not book that hotel. Customer service from booking.com was very helpful and assisted even at 2am that day over the call and instantly contacted the hotel as well and did a follow up with me as well.

Never Stay Here Again. Dirty Hotel Chain with a bad reputation
Pros:

Staff was accommodating. I feel bad for poorly treated staff. You can tell they try to help but the hotel is old and outdated.

Cons:

Rooms were extremely dirty. There was major renovation construction going on while I was there. There were mattresses, refrigerators, couches, trash in the hallway. I will never stay at any Extended Suites property again. It was the worst nights of my life and I felt unsafe.

Pros:

Enough space. More space to put my things. AC worked well.

Cons:

This property is under construction, very messy over the hallway, I can see bed frames and mattresses. And this is a non-smoking hotel, so why is there such a strong weed smell everywhere? And it was so strong early in the morning, and it woke me up. I can also smell the cooking smoke coming from the third floor.
The front desk charged me again, despite my payment through Booking.com. I went to the front desk and asked, and the lady reacted like I owed her something. Nobody trains them before coming to work?
