first time I had an excellent room for less money the staff could careless and offered nothing

Cons:

The bathroom had mold all around the top of the shower area and the tub appeared to have not been cleaned I was not able to shower there

Hallway's/ room smelled very bad. Hallway had a bad odor of garbage and animal feces. Room was very outdated, and shower did not have a shower curtain

DIDNT RECIEVE A SKILLET AT ALL ! I STAYED 3 NIGHTS I WAS TOLD ID GET A CALL BACK AND I NEVER DID. I JUST WENT HOME GRABBED MY OWN POT AND PAN AND USED IT. VERY DUSTY DIRTY ROOMS

Disappointing offering and service which could be easily improved
Pros:

Property is conveniently located on the New Jersey side and not too far from Newark airport. The property is old but the in room facilites like shower, toliet, fridge, microwave, AC or TV were working well. The value for money would be ok if the service offering would be a little improved.

Cons:

The property is sold as including breakfast which is a joke. There is no breakfast room, and the breakfast consist of a very small table at the reception with only coffee, small muffins, and theoretically oat meal. On two days there was not even oatmeal, the coffeee was empty and not refilled, and the "breakfast" consisted of small muffins for take away. Booking.com should not accept such property being sold as provinding breakfast, regrdaless of included or not.
The person at the reception were constantly overwhelmed and not able to provide a minimum service. The rooms have a kitchen with absolutely zero equipment. there is no glass, cup, spoon ort anything in the room. It has to be ordered separately at the reception and it took 4 trips to the reception over 2 days to just get 2 cups, 2 plastic glasses, 2 plates and a set of uttlery and a small cokking pot (dirty)

Very very bad we had to leave

I didn't like anything Very disrespectful and rude staff girl named Ruth very nasty and rude, bad weed smell, room and refrigerator very dirty door looks yellow we had to leave and get new hotel to stay that night and I need to be refunded my amount asap.

Pros:

The property was not well managed. The bathrooms and kitchen are need to be redone. We came in to a very unclean room as well.

Cons:

The bathroom and kitchen are were the main problems. We walked in and the garbage was not disposed of with previous customers garbage. The bathroom was horrible as well. The microwave looked like it was caked in dirt. I only stayed here because it was my only option. The only plus was the staff

I did not stay, I have to cancel the reservation on the spot
Pros:

I did not like anything about this hotel. When I get to the hotel, There were no receptionist to check me in, after about 20 minutes I saw someone who take a copy of my credit card and my driver license, and he gave me the key for the room. The key did not work, it sound as if someone was in the room he gave me, I have to cancel the reservation and drive back to New York.
