Nasty, disgusting

Cons:

There was roaches, bathroom looked disgusting, burn holes in the comforter, people hanging out alllllll night, the whole stay was terrible.. we were barely in the room, I rather had slept in my car at least it was roach free

For the amount of money I paid for 2 rooms it surely was not worth it.
Cons:

When I walked in it smelled bad there were only 2 pillows on each bed both rooms . Paint was peeling .the bathroom had like rust on the bottom of the tubs . My second room didn’t have wash clothes .

The stay that never occurred because we left the property to find a more suitable accommodation
Pros:

Verry poor customer service. Desk clerk was rude, loud and unprofessional. guests were kept waiting in the lobby for long period of time without any acknowledgement. There was no one at the front desk to greet us so we sat and waited. The clerk finally came out from the back and literally yelled at us about room availability and check-in time. Gave me poor directions to find the room. The outside of the room smelled of urine in the walkways and the room floor was unclean. The bathroom was disgusting. We left immediately to request a refund as we went to find a different property.

I will never prepay again! Had no stay and may never stay at a studio 6 ever.
Pros:

Not able to check in at the property and they will not refund my payment.

Cons:

Not able to check in at this property due to our late arrival and they will not refund me my prepaid night or let us in. Even though we called the number to get in.no answer,not helpful.
