Cons:

I stayed there for one night. When I entered the room, I inspected the bed sheets and the comforter and noticed multiple white stains on the comforter. I went to the office to request a replacement. The staff member told me she would check for another one, but I never received a new comforter

This place should be closed, its gross.
Pros:

I am not sure how this place can rent rooms. My reservation was book and when I got there, they gave me options of rooms all with broken tv's. My room was not clean at all and I did not feel safe at all. The door barely shut and my window might as well been open with all the noise outside. You know its bad when you have to wrap your pillow in a t-shirt so your face wont touch it bc everything was dirty.

the toilet was constantly running. the walls and ceiling were peeling. the door lock was broken. our ac didn’t work. room had no microwave or stove, despite being told it would have one. fridge barely got cold. way too expensive for how run down it was. don’t recommend

Had no idea this was an extended stay. The room was disgusting the staff was rude when we could actually find someone. There was smoking and weed all over the property.

Find better hotels to stay at in West Palm Beach this is not a good option.
Pros:

Dirty hotel, bed sheets had stains on them. The room had coffee packets but no coffee machine. The floor was filthy
No toilet paper holder. Booked through Priceline then hotel tried to charge me $20. I spoke to the front desk attendant he even said that the hotel is horribly shape.My room 312 was missing a pillow , and a bath mat. I asked front desk where the Marriot was at he didn't know. I'm use to stay at Hilton Brand hotels this choice brand is a disaster. I don't see how they can keep a hotel chain name. Definitely not up to standards at all.

Pros:

5 years later I revisited the hotel to attend a funeral. Well let's just say I have a picture and video of the room. This is my last visit here and I recommend they get an exterminator and better Housekeepers because the floors were also dirty, roaches alive and dead in the fridge.
