Great value. Good location for my needs
Pros:

Breakfast was mediocre at best. Chose bagel and cream cheese. Coffee was hot and decent. Breakfast area kept clean and stocked. Would like fresh fruit option.

Overall a good experience and if I had to go back i wouldn't mind staying again.
Pros:

The whole experience was great. The staff was friendly, the rooms were nice, and it was clean.

Cons:

The only thing I can think to complain about is the elevator made me feel uneasy. It moved down a bit before the door closed and also almost closed on my brother. The elevator was last serviced in 2023 according to the paper inside.

Adequate but disappointing. I said “ice” & AI changed it to ice cream!
Pros:

Breakfast was a total disappointment. Only plain yogurt, fat free milk, only blueberry packaged muffins, coffee too strong, had to go down hall for ice cream. Bacon was very good & perfectly cooked!

Cons:

See above comment about breakfast. Toilet paper was poorly located behind toilet. No tv channel guide. Only one guest chair to sit in to watch tv.

Our family as a whole had a great experience
Pros:

I enjoyed to whole staff. You are able to have real conversation with them and they would interact in a very respectful manner. That is hard to find.

Cons:

Trivial stuff like, toilet paper holder could be put under the sink counter where it is easier to reach instead of on the back wall. Maybe have a regular roast coffee also.
