Pros:

Loved how clean and well kept the facility was. The staff was super friendly and the free breakfast had great variety and the taste was great. Our room was spacious and clean.

Convenient But Worn Hotel
Pros:

Staff was very nice and helpful with check in and trying to locate my Marriott rewards number Breakfast was nice. Front desk man name started with an “L” was very smiley and nice upon check in.

Cons:

Over all it was a worn out hotel Perhaps the Fairfield In brand of Marriott is a low standard hotel
But I just didn’t expect it from Marriott Worn carpets, ice machine near lobby had no base to sit bag on making it impossible to fill a bag I had to try to use one hand to hold the bag under the shoot but once the ice came out the bag fell It was honestly a two person job just to get ice Son said bed was very uncomfortable Parking lot signs stating “hide your belongings and lock car”…yes good advice but a bit off putting. Is there a security guard doing rounds at night and cameras so no one breaks into cars?

The property was at a decent and peaceful location

I was charged money without telling me why and when I inquired about it the front desk guy hung up and never picked up the phone again.

Pros:

Was a little worried about the location when we arrived, but the hotel was nice and clean.

Cons:

Right off the interstate shoved into a small area. Vagrants wandered around outside.

Great place to stay if you are in the area
Pros:

Location, easy to move around the area with the I30 2 blocks from the hotel and te Staff ready to help in any need.
(we had a small issue with the AC and they fixed in few minutes

If I would have known, it would be like that, I would never have went there

The attendant at the desk was extremely helpful and nice extremely pleasant. The room was clean. The breakfast is good.

Cons:

The showerhead did not work very good and the handheld clip it attached to would not hold it up and did not hardly work at all. I went into the other room to try to lay down on the couch where I could turn the air cooler as my wife did not want the air so cold but when I went in there, it made such a horrible noise you could not relax my wife could hear it in the other room. It was absolutely horrible.

Great stay!
Pros:

Very close to Dickies Arena, super friendly staff, nice, heated pool and very good breakfast. The room was a lot bigger than I expected and had two TVs.
