The facility could use some upgrades and fresh paint in some outdoor areas. The rating was excellent so I was expecting better facility. It was okay but I had wished I stayed at the Marriott for the same price.

New, fresh updated in January. Very convenient to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, and all the delights of downtown Ashland. Staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming.

The property and room all seemed to be in good condition and a bit dated. Breakfast was ok. Wish we didn’t have room at lower level, only thing we didn’t like. Otherwise we would stay here again.

Large quiet room. Clean room, bathroom, towels and bedding. Friendly staff. A nice breakfast with hot options. Stayed one night on a road trip. Only negatives - elevator out of order. Would stay again.
