Okay .
Cons:

When we arrived we were given the key to our room and on arrival the lady was cleaning it and said 10 minutes but it was more like 30 minutes ( keep in mind we checked in at around 20 minutes after check in time . We were not informed room wasn’t ready . We were given the key . We were tired tourist

I would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The staff was pleasant and available for any questions. We wanted to do some hiking in the area and were directed to several great places. We highly recommend the White Rabbit trail! It is moderate difficulty due to the steep uphill terrain but well worth the walk!
The price was great! I was impressed with the cleanliness of our room and the comfort of the couch pull out bed. My cousin and I stayed there for Shakespeare plays. The drive into Ashland was about 10 minutes.

Pros:

The staff was nice and location was great.

Cons:

Pool and hot tub were really dirty and gross. Ants in the room, phones don’t work in half the rooms. Continental breakfast was gross, grey sausage and fake bacon, boiled egg as made out stomach hurt.

Better quality than expected, great front desk staff.
Pros:

Very comfortable beds, soft high quality sheets and towels. I appreciate the option of oat creamer and plain oatmeal.

Cons:

Peeled hard boiled eggs are repellent! It would be fabulous to have gluten free toast options and organic fruit.

Comfort Inn offered good value and a friendly clean place to stay
Pros:

Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet. Housekeeping was very good.
Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. We went withn a half hour of closing and there was still plenty of selection.

Cons:

The coffee was sub par, both in room and at breakfast.

Honestly, I'll never stay there again.
Pros:

It was ok altogether.

Cons:

The staff doesn't pay attention to the customers who are having fun half a night being noisy and obnoxious and wake up other customers! I've never ever experienced anything like that! I had to get out of my room and ask them to be quiet!
