I had a bad experience. I have pictures and videos. My lights didn't work, the toilet water was low, the doors were broken, the room was not cleaned and dusty all over the walls. I spoke with the night guy, I was advised to get another room in the AM. Only to be told by the manager that I couldn't and they tried fixing the doors to only mess up later. I was over charged for the two nights and asked can i be reimbursed only to be disappointed.

Pros:

Close-ish to airport. Had availability when our flight was canceled.

Cons:

Shabby. Expensive. Staff confused about the shuttle. Does it go to airport? Who knows?

Thumbs up for easy airport hotel
Pros:

Late night check-in. Close to airport & near to stores/restaurants. Accommodated our family of 5 comfortably. 2 showers which makes getting ready easier.

Cons:

Our 3rd child was on the pull-out coach. No big deal, but prefer to have a real bed, if possible.

Give it a try
Pros:

The hotel was generally clean and the staff was generally helpful. I appreciated the guy at the front desk taking time to make sure the computer got restarted after I used it. I would stay here again.

Fantastic!
Pros:

Cheap and spacious room considering it is 4th of July in DC. The fact that it is very close to Herndon Station on Silver line is a huge bonus location wise. Breakfast is decent as well.

Pros:

Nicely located. Pool was clean the first two days but dirty on the last day. Rooms were large and clean.

Located nearby Reston.
Breakfast is on, nothing fancy.
Only 1 waffle machine on the morning so you may have to do the line…

Cons:

The pool was very cold.
The staff is not very helpful, they didn’t give us water bottle when we arrived.
Also, I asked them if they have hot water for the tea as the tank was empty and she just said « it’s like that »
I cannot do anything.
Very bad customer service

It was a decent stay good if you have a family but not my first choice due to lack of thorough cleanliness
