Wonderful experience!!
Pros:

I arrived early to the hotel after driving all night. I spoke with the front desk clerk about checking in early and he said he could see about getting me in at 1:30pm. When I came back to the hotel, Mr. Rhodal (Manager on duty) was able to get me in a nice room. He asked several questions to make sure that I would be comfortable and I was truly appreciative.

Cons:

The breakfast was the same thing both mornings. I was looking forward to eating some scrambled eggs but besides that everything was good.

Pros:

JOSÉ, at the front desk, was exceptionally attentive and kind. He moved us to an incredible room. As someone who worked front desk decades ago, I value the attention and kindness of staff. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Close to shops and restaurants, the location was great.

Cons:

The gym could be expanded a bit: some weights, maybe larger space. But that’s the only suggestion for improvement, especially because some cusomers like myself enjoy working out.

We loved the amazing water pressure in our shower. The bed was very comfortable also! Location was ideal close to stores and restaurants. Couldn’t beat the close proximity to interstate also.

gross ice bin, floor all wet around it, no extra blankets or sheets for sofa bed, husband had to get them himself, bad breakfast times, gross pool and small, dirty pool

I love the cleanest of the room I can not sleep in a room..until I clean it again..I'm happy I found no to very little dust...I sleep well when I'm here.
