We had a great stay!
Pros:

The location was awesome. Nice area and was super quiet

Upgrade to larger toilets. It was very small and low to the ground

Clean and Quiet!!
Pros:

Clean, quiet, nice staff. Breakfast is so-so. No hot chocolate. Hot water for oatmeal was lukewarm at best. Eggs were not good. Still a good variety of biscuits, bagels and a belgian waffle maker., yogurt, etc.
We had a suite with 2 king beds...loved it! I wish I could stay longer. Bathroom is smaller than expected for such a big room, but its still nice.
Hotel is close to all sorts of places to eat: fast food and sit down restaurants. Mexican restaurant within walking distance with excellent margaritas. There is even a car wash across the street. Excellent stay!! Definitely recommend.

Pros:

I liked that this hotel was clean. It was safe and it had a really good breakfast. It was conveniently located in Huntersville. The price was amazing and so was the staff!

Cons:

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Pros:

Good location, close to lots of restaurants and stores

Cons:

The noise from the highway was pretty loud and other noises in the room were pretty loud. I usually have ear plugs but did not this stay and there were none at the front desk or little store.
Breakfast was very, very, very basic.

Cons:

We have a terrible experience in this property we got charged a dog fee even though we didn’t bring a dog, when we call the property to question about it they were not able to help me and they told me to send an email to the property manager, which we did three months had passed by and I still have no answer from them terrible customer service.

Great stay with wonderful location near Birkdale . Jose at the desk was a breathe of fresh air.
Pros:

Jose at the front desk was so kind, friendly and on point . Due to the blizzard home we had to stay another night and he was so nice and accommodating. It was a pleasure dealing with him .

Cons:

Room not as clean as I would like .

The couch was too hard.
Could not navigate through the guide on the TV. It was not working. Very frustrating. Gave up trying to use TV.
