Overall get time, the housekeepers are amazing and provided service each day while there without requesting.
Pros:

The housekeeper service and individuals that do the tough work are all amazing.

Cons:

There was a disruptive guest who was making comments towards me and my friend in the lobby, ignored them but I wish they would told him to shut up

Stinky rooms, thin walls
Pros:

Quiet industrial area with free parking

Cons:

Old outdated building, thin walls, noisy neighbors you could hear all night, dirty stained towels in rooms, room was so smelly. Smelled like dog pee, hot tub jets broke and shot straight up in the air like a geyser

Great place, rude staff
Pros:

Great location for what we needed to do and the cleanliness and comfort

Cons:

The staff. They truly didn’t give a darn about greeting, making you feel welcome, saying hello and bye, they honestly didn’t care two flips if we were there. All of them. I went to buy ibuprofen bc my wife got a huge headache; there was a line of people, and my room was next door. I asked if I could drop off the ibuprofen for my wife as the line was taking a long time checking in someoen, and I got looked at and treated as if I was the only person who ever asked that and treated like I was gonna steal a little package of ibuprofen. Basically rolled his eyes and was like “okay yea, just come back”. No concerns or anything from any staff. When I asked about pool hours or anything, or where the gym was at. I was answered like I was dumb for not knowing. I almost popped off to ask what the problem was but my wife said not to.

Clean property well maintained!
Pros:

Clean property with a specific smoking area outside. The pool was very clean. The staff was attentive and friendly even though they took a while to check us in. The room was clean and comfortable even though there were a lot of bugs around. Overall, a very good place for resting!

The amount of bugs around, especially in the room and the staff took a while to show up and check us in.

Lo único que me gustó fue la ubicación y el parqueo es aceptable.

Cons:

La alfombra de la habitación olía mal, la habitación olía a humedad y siento que muchos muebles para el pequeño espacio de 2 camas, el baño estaba sucio, el desayuno malo, no hay de variedad, ni siquiera huevos y eso que comimos temprano.

Staff was excellent!
Pros:

Easy to get to moda center

Cons:

Only used elevator once as it jolted us when going up once. I almost fell over. The jacuzzi tub in room had hair in it.
