Take advantage of our shuttle service to and from the O’Hare International Airport every 30 minutes between 03:30 and 23:30. As of February 1st, 2024, all passengers' pick-ups will occur at Terminal 2, Middle Lane and Door 2E for both domestic and international arrivals.

La habitación era muy amplia, el personal muy atento, agradable y amables. Nos ofrecieron 5$ de descuento en la tienda que tienen de snacks y bebidas. El traslado al aeropuerto era con un bus cada 30 minutos. Se tarda unos 15’ al aeropuerto en bus. La habitación y las instalaciones del hotel estaban muy limpias. Tenías cafetera en la habitación con el cafe incluido o una cafetera en el hall gratuita.
La cafetera de la habitación no funcionaba, no pudimos tomar cafe por la mañana (el restaurante estaba cerrado porque nos íbamos a las 5:30 am)
The reception team were very efficient.
They offer a map on line showing the suttle route and times. It didn't work for us so we took a taxi which was very expensive.
THe shuttel driver dropped us at terminal 5 which is not on the shuttle route and that was very helpful
Breakfast was very disappointing. One can choose only a single item from the menu, coffee variety is not possible (one type), overall impression was that the hotel wants to say it offers breakfast, but not as expected from a hotel like this and in such a central location. WQe saw people enter the restuarant for breakfast with coffee cans from a nearby place. Wish I had known about this before
It’s very close to the airport. It is also central to many different local suburbs and haunt that my family and I like to visit.
We requested extra pills and they said they were out of pillows. This was also the third time we’ve been there and each time we’ve come we’ve gotten three different rooms. This time we did not get the room that we selected.
Staff was extremely unfriendly. Location is horrible. Manager doesn't help with anything and ignores calls and emails. Property is ugly and dated and dirty.

Property was as advertised, great for a short stay. Close to the O'Hare hire car facility providing easy access to the hotel via the airport transit system. Many food options within a short walk of the hotel. Hotel staff helpful.
Bathroom design not great for containing water.
部屋はやや古い印象でしたが、綺麗に清掃されていました。翌日のフライトを待つための１泊には広すぎたかなと思いましたが、荷物の整理には助かりました。朝食をいただいたレストランは、野球など地元の歴史的な展示があり、興味深いものでした。宿泊当日は、カブスもホワイトソックスも試合がない日で残念でした。
ホテルのシャトルバスの空港乗り場案内（予約後にBooking.comを通じて届く案内）には、２Eの出口がArrival LevelとLower Levelの２か所にあり、ホテルシャトルバスはLower Levelの２Eで待つように、明示して欲しい。届いていた案内にはLower Levelの明示がなく、Arrival Levelの２E出口付近で４０分ほど待つことになりました。たまたま、近くで同じホテルのシャトルバスを待っていた人から、Lower Levelにも２Eがあるようだと声を掛けられ、一緒に移動してシャトルバスに巡り合うことができました。できれば、案内に、２Eの出口が２か所あることを図を使って示してもらえると分かりやすい。
