The service was okay, the bed was hard and uncomfortable and the place smelled like pot.
Pros:

Not much at all honestly.

Cons:

The room I booked. We got the key and got to the room and it had an overwhelming smell of pot. I could not get another king bed room. I had to say I want a refund to get a different room that was two full size beds. The beds were uncomfortable and I left more tired than when I arrived. Most of the time the only elevator smelled like pot. It was just an overall horrible experience.

Perfect and we will be staying again.
Pros:

Everything was clean and easily accessible. It was 4 minutes away from my husband’s job and was the perfect location to stay as we waited for our air conditioner to be fixed. The beds were big and comfortable. The pillows were the perfect amount of firm and soft. There was free popcorn and complementary sodas that were Zero sugar which is perfect for me because I am diabetic. There were welcome sodas, water bottles, and crackers in the room. The towels were clean and soft. The bedding was clean and comfy. Housekeeping only knocked once to check if anyone was in the room, but that’s my fault for not putting the sign on the door. They were very friendly and assured me I was ok and they were just checking. I dropped my phone on my room keys and the front desk attendant made me new ones without any hassle. She also grabbed more coffee immediately when I asked after the breakfast carafe was empty. It was quiet and perfect for our needs.

Cons:

The continual breakfast hot item was a crockpot full of boiled eggs. That’s my only complaint. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Room, staff and free snacks were Great!
Pros:

Loved being on the bottom floor. Love the free water, drinks and snacks. Would prefer scrambled eggs or cooked omelets. I would prefer oranges, and bananas along with the apples. But still enjoyed myself.
