The bed was comfortable, which is the only reason I gave it a “5”. Otherwise, it would have been a “
Pros:

The breakfast was about the worst I’ve ever had at a hotel that provides one.
No eggs, no bacon, or sausage.
No pancake or waffles.
And, the sausage gravy was obviously a canned, commercial, product.
Just, unacceptably bad.

Cons:

When we arrived, the maids had failed to put fresh towels and wash cloths in the room.
The conditioner bottle in the shower was empty.

Pros:

This largely exceeded our expectations. The room was very spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. They also provided complimentary snacks and cold drinks, which was a nice touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they kindly allowed us to change our stay date due to a last-minute change in our plans. We had a wonderful experience overall.
