Pros:

We were a party of 14. We had 3- 2 bedroom suites all 3 rooms were clean. The best thing about this hotel is the staff went above beyond every day we were there. We have traveled as a group for many tournaments and everyone one in our party couldn't stop talking about how amazing the staff was.

Pros:

There was a smashed dead bug on the window ledge. There was a disgusting hairball thing in the bottom of a kitchen cabinet. The ceiling stains were orange with probably mold growing

Pros:

Nothing unique. Checked in to a room with a dirty toilet, dishes clean but still in the dishwasher and a shower door that wouldn't stay closed (thought there was a ghost was in the shower 🚿) , but most importantly their was no body wash or conditioner.
The hot tub in the pool didn't work and the breakfast was awful! With all that money invested. I hope they get it turned around after the slow start.
