Pros:

First at check in. The desk clerk barely spoke. Didn’t answer any questions. All he said was “sign this” no other interaction. Even when I asked a question I got no response.

A few hours after check in I noticed my payment was processed at a higher rate. I didn’t see on Booking.com there was a deposit. Which was no problem. The problem when I asked the clerk about the extra few dollars was he got irritated and said “listen everyone charges that” ok, I knew that but just didn’t see it on the website or was told about it at check in. Lastly I was told it takes 7-10 days before the property would release the deposit.

Nice hotel! Was exactly what we were looking for. Location had a very large party loud music that was not handled at all. I (as a first responder) stopped at the desk once going to get an item from our car. I had to stop and tell the clerk “you have an individual (s) laying on the floor at the end of the hall. At this point my wife, grandson and I were very close to leaving and finding another hotel as our safety (especially with a child) was starting to come into question.

Didn’t eat breakfast. Got up and out quickly. Which was sad cause that was part of our stay.

Cons:

Read above post. Safety and an irritated clerk was the main reason for our stay to be sub par. Probably wouldn’t stay or recommend this location.

I liked the area, it was very convenient

Cons:

It was one staff member who was a bit much and was not interested in doing what was needed to be done on their end, I know we all have bad days but this was not the case In customer service your tone and the way you speak and deal with others go along way. Overall I didn't let that 1 experience stop me from being understanding and gracious to those who helped resolve any issues, For the most part The rest of the Staff was nice and helpful nice and convient place to stay.

Pros:

The breakfast was delicious. Our room was so clean and spacious. The staff was great overall. Check in was different than other hotels I've stayed at as they didn't check my ID to verify I was whole said I was or verify if the card on file was the one I want to use. They also slid the receipt for our stay under our door during the night. So it was a different process than other place I've stayed but I would definitely stay here again. There are so many restaurants in walking distance as well.

Cons:

I wish the pool was bigger or that dogs weren't allowed in the pool area. When we went swimming this lady had her dog in there and he kept barking which echoed due to the acoustics in the pool area which made the bark way louder which made our pool experience suck.
