Pros:

Everything else here was exceptional the bed was my best friend the whole trip, other than my one dislike this hotel didn't fail me

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was I was scheduled to check out at 11:00 and I had housekeeping knocking on my door saying that I was already checked out by 9:55 a.m. no pressure to anyone just trying to do the job or what they were told, I just kind of felt rushed out.

Fine for a one night stay

Cons:

Property had some remodeling going on. Carpeting looks dirty thru out hotel.
Icemakers out of order on a few floors.

Overall very nice.
Pros:

The owner was in his car talking to 2 front desk staff for over 20 min and no one was attending to the front desk.

Highly doubt we will ever come back, will recommend people NOT stay here.

The location in the city

Cons:

The room had water in floor when we first walked in, coming from mini fridge. We were moved to a room further away. This is our second bad experience at this hotel unfortunately, the first time the key card maker was down and they had to let all guests in their rooms one guest at a time. Waited a crazy amount of time to even get checked in due to this. Contacted property after first visit and not manager didn’t seem to care.
