Everything was good, the only thing I didn’t like is when I got there they requested me swipe my car for an extra $50 and told me it would be back on the next day. It is almost a week later and still have not been given my money back yet.

Cons:

I didn’t like that my room was right next to the elevator, so I heard people laughing and giggling and going up and down the elevators all hours of the night

It was nice , comfy , and personally my room was clean. Staff were also very kind and friendly.

My only somewhat complaint is the elevator, although they have a construction sign. Everything else was a 10.

Pros:

Nice room and quiet surroundings

Cons:

Remodeling effort in outside hallway was very uninviting. Ice machine was not working. My biggest complaint was having to pay $75 for my small dog. We stayed only one night and the dog increased the cost of our stay by 50%. Excessive!

Ants in the room, shoe prints in the shower, panels missing on bottom border, paint marks everywhere, room doors hard to open and close then the system was messing up so my card kept getting declined which was so embarrassing!

Nice quiet area. Big location

Cons:

Old furniture with stains. Ice machines was out of order on 3 different floors. I had to to change and downsize my room due to issues with shower not draining/water flooding. Carpet was dirty and no cookies at check in time

Pros:

Everything else here was exceptional the bed was my best friend the whole trip, other than my one dislike this hotel didn't fail me

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was I was scheduled to check out at 11:00 and I had housekeeping knocking on my door saying that I was already checked out by 9:55 a.m. no pressure to anyone just trying to do the job or what they were told, I just kind of felt rushed out.
