Pros:

Nice Friendly staff, location and cookies

Cons:

The elevator was out for two days, The room wasn't clean Sunday while we were at church, The bathroom hasn't been cleaned pink water built up in the shower and I left foot prints on the bathroom floor that wasn't mopped up!

The elevator was out. we're handicapped and the room wasn't clean, for the price this should never happen. someone should be on called at all times for problems like a elevator out.

Pros:

The room was clean but the pool was not. That was the main reason I picked this hotel so my girls could go swimming. The water was very murky with dirt on the bottom and around the pool had dirt and hair everywhere. We chose not to swim because of that. We were also not very impressed with the breakfast.

Disappointed in a Hilton property once again. We will not be chosing a Hilton property again.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, especially the fruit, but we were under the assumption that like all the other Hilton properties, the breakfast was included with the room. We were surprised when we were presented with a bill to sign, for double what it should have been if we had known we would be paying.

Cons:

The first room assigned to us had not been cleaned, so we had to go back to the desk and start over. Then we discovered that there was no hot water at the property and had been that way all day, and the staff had known it and not told us.

I did not like that I had to pay an extra $100 in fees after booking and praying with Booking.com. Also I paid for breakfast with booking and they were charging me an extra $17 per person for breakfast that I already paid for with you guys.

Love how they have a bar and a kitchen

Cons:

My only complaint is they billed everything to my credit card and I paid cash for my food , so that means a I paid twice , cash to the bar tender then they charged it to my credit card.

Well Done.. Pain free after Flight delays

Staff was excellent, especially Kelsey and Shaneese... They were very helpful and informative. I will book my stays here again
Arrived late and Kelsey was very Pleasant and extremely helpful during a stressful time. Everything was stellar. The staff, room, and grounds were well kept and clean... Lobby 5-star entrance... As a whole, the entire staff was very nice and welcoming. I will stay here again
